Glenross Living - A Collection of 7 Private Pool Villas and 3 Colonial Suites

Well designed and luxurious villas with private pools that frame stunning views. The villas were stocked with amenities and little design details. The food and spa were excellent. The service was friendly, as the staff went out of their way to anticipate our needs. The villas are located on a stunning forest patch that I regret not exploring more. Will definitely be back!

We have just spent 4 blissful nights at Glenross Living. We stayed in a Cinnamon Pool Villa. We were originally booked in for 3 nights, but on the first night asked if we could extend by another night, we even changed our flight back to the UK so that we could stay another night! Everything was superb. The accommodation is first class, but it's the staff that make it 5 star. They will do anything for you and it makes them happy to make you happy. Ajith, Upali, Larry and their supporting team are fabulous and their unwavering service was really appreciated. They make you feel you are the only guests. Our villa was huge and was fully serviced every day. We loved watching the monkeys and bird life in the surrounding trees from our private pool. We also used the main pool when we wanted a longer swim. We were in Sri Lanka on a tour for 25 days and Glenross was the perfect ending to our trip. Oh, and the food - delicious! A beautiful property close to the city with stunning views. Stayed one night in a villa with a pool, everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. To fully enjoy the experience, staying more than one night is recommended. Meal options could be more diverse.

A perfect place to decompress on arrival in Sri Lanka. Charming and attentive staff without exception. A great introduction to Sri Lanka. Glenross is remote and forces you to slow down aided by excellent spa treatments and classical Hatha yoga. A truly great team!

We have been there before in 2012 and it was great back then. But not comparable with this time. New premises/luxury villas with high standard interior are built around the the old house. Ajith and the rest of the staff were amazing hosts. Absolutly recommended, if you like some silence and being surrounded by nature and its animals like apes, birds, chameleons etc. and still want some luxury get away.

My family and I just got back from staying at GlenRoss Living’s Villa 5 with our two young kids (ages 2 and 5), and it truly felt magical. The property is tucked away in a lush rubber plantation, and waking up to those beautiful views every morning was an absolute treat—Villa 5 really does have one of the best spots on the property. The kids loved the rubber plantation tour. It was both fun and enlightening, giving them the chance to see local wildlife up close and learn about the process behind it all. We were also charmed by the 1876 bungalow, which has been so well cared for. It felt like stepping back in time, yet we still had all the modern comforts we needed. The infinity pool was a big hit, though I was definitely keeping a close eye on my toddler around the water! What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Ajith and Upali were always there for us—even at 4 AM if we needed anything—going above and beyond with genuine warmth. And the food was amazing, which only added to the whole experience.
