Very clean room in great location with nearby restaurants and shops and next to beach.  Excellent service with very professional staff.  Will stay there again next trip to Negombo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

nice hotel with nice sea view and big conference room, ideal for company trip

Good location, 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Clean rooms and pool. Let us check out a bit later because of the flight. Good option to stay in your first or last night in Sri Lanka. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast, small variety of food.

Excellent overall experience

首先：環境是很好的！ 1、酒店早餐不值得吃！ 2、辦入住很慢、站那邊等了他半小時！ 3、要他加被子，從中午到晚上9.00才加、服務超級慢！超級！ 4、酒店的沙灘開放早上7.00到晚上7.00！很不合理！因為早上7.00前沒太陽、晚上7.00後剛舒服！ 5、房間沒有一次性拖鞋、沒有吹風機、沒有浴袍、所有的東西你需要的話、你得打電話去要！ 總結：雖然因為我的投訴經理過來給瞭解釋和道歉、但是整個體驗感非常糟糕！整體下來感覺就是對中國人有點服務不周到！對白人殷切！非常不舒服的感受！

由於是晚上的航班到科倫坡機場，所以訂了一晚這家離機場衹有十幾公里的酒店，比到科倫坡市區近很多。酒店坐落在海邊，早上在餐廳邊吃早餐邊看海還是很爽的。酒店服務也不錯，辦入住時就有飲料送上，行李也是服務生直接送到房間。提醒一下房間沒有拖鞋和吹風機，最好自己帶上。

帶娃入住，非常讚的酒店！機場過去比較方便。環境一流，三餐全包很方便。

航班太晚 臨時起意訂個酒店 讓孩子們休整一下 從硬件上來説 有些陳舊了 房間比較小 但很有心 準備了浴球 服務上來説 超級贊 每個工作人員都笑臉相迎 很是熱情 景色超級棒 餐點也不錯 作為機場落地會離開前的休整站 非常適合

我覺得遺產酒店整體令我失望，可能匹配國內的四星酒店等級吧。酒店在海邊，除了環境不錯，整體設施比較老舊。房間面積還行，早餐品類中規中矩。

酒店很有設計感，就在海邊，景色很美！ 預訂了兩天可惜後來行程變動需要提前一天退房，找平台，也和酒店協商退一天房費，衹可惜最後沒退，損失一千塊😭😭😭 理由是房費預付的，沒法退，可是海外酒店99.9都是預付的，不付款怎麼定房間呢？！ 希望酒店和平台多為客人考慮，如果不是特殊原因，誰不想在環境這麼好的酒店多呆一天呢？！

下飛機第一站，晚上看好像還挺好，但是進房間我感覺也就一般吧，設施有點老舊，充電插頭有點問題。不過早上起來看海景吃飯還可以。自助早餐選擇一般。趕路所以户外也沒有時間去。早上房間五點多就有烏鴉在“打情罵俏”了，被吵醒了

酒店很好離機場很近，落腳第一站，景色不錯，海景，早餐可以不錯，斯里蘭卡離機場近又好的酒店 也就這裏了。

一切都是那麼滿意！！！位置很好，打開窗户就是海，晚上枕着印度洋的海浪聲入睡！👍👍👍 就是有點小意見：空調太冷了😂
