The property turned out to be absolute value for money in terms of room size and comfort, excellent food including vegetarian options (albeit the prices were on a higher side), courteous and polite staff and an awesome swimming pool for in-house fun. The only gripe was the long delay in check-in process that could have been averted with additional staff at the reception area. Overall, definitely worth recommending.

Highly recommend for couples. Must try their cottage stays near the pool. Food is good and restaurant staff is also nice to guests. We booked standard room first, but then upgraded to cottage stays near the pool. Vegetarian options are less in breakfast buffet, but overall must visit place for couples.

I had booked this hotel during my Andaman trip thinking it to be a great place to stay but this turned out to be the worst in terms of my stay. The hotel is seriously short staffed and the same could be seen from the 1st step we made in it. There were so many families waiting to be checked in. It took almost 45 mins for the reception to check us in. We had requested for an upgrade and was provided with and the payment taken in advance. The room was decent sized but was smelling of being aged and the wear and tear was visible. The restaurant food is worthless and tastes nothing. The breakfast menu was same both the days with absolutely no spread and the taste was awful. Staff are helpful and try hard to make your stay comfortable but the infrastructure doesn’t allow them. The Spa was non functional. The pool is decent. I was travelling from MMT and there were some inclusions ***** with the room, which they outrightly denied saying we have no tie up. The Wi-Fi broke down twice during our stay. Rest I would like to forget my stay here. One word from my side is better avoid.There are better places than this.

Nice property ,well maintained, service is nice,well mannered and polite staff, great Hospitality, positive auro, beautiful location with sea facing, peace environment, weather is good, excellent work , great place to enjoy with family and friends

At least on the Neil island this property s not a 4-star hotel and is over-priced. The initial view on entering is good and the swimming pool is clean but the so called beach and sea view is not good. You cannot access the beach that is very dirty and has sharp dead corals. It looks good during high tide from the small red pathway in the premises of the resort. The rooms are big with ample space for an extra bed and a nice patio but here the good part ends. The entire room is dark wood with dark wallpaper and poor lighting. In our room a couple of light bulbs were not working and neither was the AC remote. The roof is like a tin shed - all night long the rain bangs against the roof making a good night's rest impossible. The bathroom is spacious but the roof leaks after the rains. The fittings are old and covered with water scales and tight. The food is highly priced. The buffet breakfast is nothing special. Standard stuff that every other restaurant provides. While it may be good for a one night stay but the condition of the hotel is not worthy of 4-stars or the high price, though the latter maybe due to the location.

Food is very tasty,and services are also satisfied,Andaman Islands are beautiful, specially Neil Island is unforgettable place, we enjoyed food in this Hotel, we reached hear by flight, now it is rainy season eventhough we enjoyed this trip. thanks Andaman

Service and food is good. Swimming pool cleaning was good. Evening DJ was awesome. Restaurant section was very considerate. Best sea side property for stay in Neil Island. Staff is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at aquays in havlock and Neil Island.

Probably the worst hotel I could have gone to in neil island. The staff was totally incorporative and even denied the room availability even though the room was available. The receptionist asked for double the amount for the normal room for his personal greed. After an hour or so of arguing, we were given a room. I would recommend everyone to not go to this hotel whatsoever.
