Although only one bedroom, this place offers a spacious 800 sq. feet of living space on one story. Even with a King sized bed, the large bedroom features a closet and a convenient built in washer/dryer with room to spare! South facing windows allow a view from every room (except bathroom) to capitalize on all the natural sunlight and lake/mountain views. Enjoy a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet. Further down the hall a full sized kitchen with maple cabinets opens to the living room. Kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard space for groceries and supplies. To access the apartment, enter through a nice custom wood entry ideal for hanging gear and with enough floor space for extra guests.
