ON BOOKING BRAKEFAST INCLUDED BUT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED BRAKEFAST AND NOT PROVIDED DENTAL KIT, AND THEY ARE TELLING THAT SIR WE WILL COMPANSIATE 150 RS WITH IN THAT , WHAT EVER YOU WANT WILL PROVIDE IT .
AND THEY HVE GIVEN DENTAL KIT FOR 50 RS AND 100 RS FOR FOOD.
WHAT IS THE WORTH OF BOOKING GETING NORMAL AC ROOM WITH IN THE COST OF 1200 ONLY. AND ITS COMPLETELY LOSE AND NEAT NESS ALSO NOT THERE.
CAN YOU CALL TO ME TO RAKE COMPLETE REVIEW, IAM TRYING TO CONTACT CUS CARE BUT NOT GETTING OPTION TO SPEET CUSTONER EXEGUTIVE.

Property is not clean and no room service, and cockroaches is in room. Bed also not clean, no hot water.

The stay was not satisfactory as the beds are not clean had bedbugs unable to sleep night properly it would be good if they had cleaned the room well

Staff was very rude staff ask me 100 rs tip giving 50 rs staff speaking very rude
and room is very small and hot water available and tv available and per day 1000rs waste of money and one good thing location is good hotel area vrc
