The stay was not satisfactory as the beds are not clean had bedbugs unable to sleep night properly it would be good if they had cleaned the room well

Staff was very rude staff ask me 100 rs tip giving 50 rs staff speaking very rude
and room is very small and hot water available and tv available and per day 1000rs waste of money and one good thing location is good hotel area vrc

During my last stay, room(bed room and wash room) is full of mosquitos and floor is full of dust

1)prices was very expensive in this range for the room’s 2)management is not cooperative over all there is no any modifications we cannot do after booking and unable to extended the travel dates in the portal vey very bad experience never seen a room like this in another cities and portal

The hotel is good and clean and receiving also so good staff is ok. Pols provide good bedsheets and towels
