Unique cottage nestled in the woods located along the Bourbon Trail. Featured on HGTV's OFFBEAT AMERICA for its design. Season 3, Episode 12. It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the Bourbon Trail or the miles of nature trails in Bernheim Forest. 8 minutes to Jim Beam Distillery, 8 minutes to Bernheim Forest, 4 minutes to Four Roses Bourbon Warehouse and Bottling Tour, 12 minutes to the City of Bardstown, 30 minutes to Churchill Downs NO Smoking or Vaping. NO PETS. No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Due to the host’s family being severely allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed.
