An amazing 3 bedroomed villa with communal swimming pool in an elegant enviroment with quiet and green surroundings. There’s a public outdoor parking area just opposite the Complex s Entrance. A wonderful. lighted and exclusive duplex with 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 2 terraces facing south and 2 Terraces- Solarium with amazing views of Nerja and the coast line in the horizon. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating all over the house (available if required with an extra charge).Its 1.5 km far from Burriana beach where you can find lots of bar. restaurants. and water activities. Just 5min drive from the centre of Nerja which still conserves its local colour. This old part of the town offers many facilities and services. There is a regular Bus service that communicates the complex with the centre and the Burriana Beach if you don´t want to walk or to drive. There is a supermarket 5 min walking from the complex.
