Bilyana Beach Hotel

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The rooms were always clean, the food didn't have too much variety but did change every few days or so. They were plenty of sun beds and a great variety of drinks with three bars open in the day and one past 6pm. The only issue we had was when we asked about a late check out. We were due to leave on the Tuesday- asked on Saturday evening to check out late and told to come back Monday after breakfast. We came back Monday after breakfast as requested and were told to come back after lunch. We came back after lunch as were told to and informed we have to come back Tuesday morning. It really felt we were being passed to a different person each time rather than being told yes you can have a late check out or no. We were also told the hotel was fully booked when we arrived so we're confused as to why we wouldn't get a straight answer as surely the staff know if this is possible from the start of the week? Tuesday morning came- we went to reception as instructed and were told we could get a late check out but had to move rooms. Would have been nice to have just been told this initially rather than having to go back and fourth, to which we even ended up seeing the same lady who told us to come back so a bit confusing. The other thing to note is the age of other hotel guests. We are both mid 20's, but the average demographic here is about 55 onwards- we felt quite uncomfortable the first few days with getting multiple looks at the restaurant or bars. We still had a great time but something we wish we knew prior to coming to this hotel. The other thing to consider is you will unlikely get a seat for the evening entertainment unless you get there an hour or so before. Both inside bar and outside were packed and we had to either stand or change plans for that evening- again not the end of the world but if we had known that we would have made plans earlier on elsewhere. We had a perfect view of the sea and a spacious balcony. Overall would say this is a great hotel but make sure you are aware of the above.

The hotel very clean and staff where. great big selection of food but always not hot sometime cold. The pool bar did food like chips pizza and burgers always cold again the beach was great and stay shallow.the old town nessebar only 25 minutes walk from our hotel and around the nessebar area not very disabled friendly the streets curves to high for wheelchair to push The hotel food boring always the same food and the pool the same

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Old Nessebar was beautiful. Came late in the year so a couple of things to do were closed however it was our choice to come late so nobody’s fault. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so great. Also the food was delicious.
