MPM Hotel Arsena - Ultra All Inclusive

Yaklaşık 1 hafta kaldık bu hotelde öncelikler yemekler harika chef Ahmet’in lezetli yemekleri mükemmel taze salatalar çorbalar ızgar zengin ekmek çeşidi herşey mükemmel hotel çok temiz havuz mükemmel şehir merkezine yakın plaj dünyada sayılı kumlara taş çıkarır . Yemekler mutlaka deneyin garsonlar çok iyi Bu hoteli tavsiye ediyorum

Un Hôtel super bien placé, pieds dans l'eau à 15mn du Vieux Nessebar ! Ménage irréprochable, variété de plats au restaurant, accueil, ANIMATION EXTRA !! ( Merci à Venko pour les séances Karaoke !! ) familial Service et aide au top ! ( Dentiste trouvé un Dimanche, avec pharmacie !! ) Une Mer, tantôt SANS VAGUES, mais aussi avec D'ÉNORMES VAGUES, très claire. Transat toujours dispos, serviettes également ! De SUPERBES VACANCES à recommander SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION !!! Certes le minimum et de parler ANGLAIS.

The only positive is clear sea and approx. 20 min. walk to old Nessebar. The hotel itself is not 4* - old furniture in bad condition, rickety toilet, bathtub without a plug, no watering can, mugs or glasses, overpriced key safe that doesn't solve the problem, uncomfortable sunbeds on the beach....You can only get to the beach by taking about 50 steps that are still wet, which you have to climb even when going to the toilet, to the shower or to the pool. I probably won't even comment on the ultra all inclusive food and drink - in one word - terrible, even for good coffee we had to go outside. I do not recommend the hotel!!!!

Having previously stayed twice at this hotel we returned again this year. There was a mix up with the accommodation although they did their best to move us after 3 days to what was actually paid for . The hotel itself is dire need of renovation - doors not closing, showers missing rail mounting brackets, no curtains meaning it’s a swimming pool on the floor after each shower, no hair dryer either. I would rate it at 3 star. The food in the restaurant was boring and repetitive, and not much for those eating plant based, no milk alternatives, no beans/pulses, most of the food was cooked with dairy cheese or was meat based. Staff in the restaurant and lobby bar rude most of the times. We will not be returning a forth time. Shame as the hotel is right on the sandy beach so location is superb but let down by many other things listed above

Nice enough hotel food ok but not very warm whatever I choose. with plenty of selection but very repetitive and catered more towards the Bulgarians and Russians. Drink very good and not watered down like other all inclusives. In the 2 weeks there only met 4 other British people and hotel does not cater for British tourists,not even hotel manager could grasp basic English as they had to get the receptionist to translate my questions. Rooms are big and cleaning is perfect but they are very tired and need a make over. Only 2 bar people spoke good English so you didn’t have to show them what you wanted to drink. As for the animation team they work super hard but yet again all catered to the locals. Entertainment in nights same. One or two songs in English rest in foreign language. If you can’t walk steps you will be unable to get to beach from anywhere as it’s all down steps. If you a couple and like a romantic holiday together then yes this is great. But if you like more company or with a family I would not book this hotel. Nothing against the hotel we had a lovely stay but it DOES NOT CATER for British holiday makers.

I visit Arsena in Juli . It wad great holidays, and animators Viki, Egor, Lili very nice and funny)) i like shoobak, janga and water voleyball !!! We will came next year and hope enterteiners will came too!!!
