房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

Unfortunately we did not get the room.I booked and paid for. I had booked a double with a third bed to keep our cases on,as there is no drawer space. We got a room without a 3rd bed so everything was scaled down including the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no rubber shower mat which all rooms should have as standard. We asked but none available.

Stay here was mixed where I was there for 4 nights and first 2 nights I was put in a room with several issues from toilet door handle falling off to light not working in toilet to vents not working then having them repaired and only to find that when the toilet light was switched on that the vents in our sleeping area would kick in and extremely noisy so couldn’t sleep at all with it and stayed in long after light switch turned off. Now the good where staff are amazing and couldn’t help enough once told of issues and put you at ease . All staff are a credit to the hotel

We left after 2 nights (despite paying for 3 nights) to stay in another hotel as the state of our room and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. It was just not a nice environment to stay in. Please see attached photographs taken of our room. The state of the lift was dirty. The carpets and decor in the corridors to the rooms look grubby and dreary. The hotel lacks air conditioning. Rooms are supplied with fans, but they are cheap and offer poor blowing quality and are very noisy. Parking was good. The staff and the adjoining beefeater were good. Sadly, the quality of this premier inn is the worst I have ever stayed in and I would not recommend staying here. The reception staff did offer to move us to a different room, but given the overall condition of the hotel we declined as we had lost faith with our experience of a hotel that clearly requires investment. I did raise my concerns with Guest relations after our early departure, but that sadly fell on deaf ears.

We have stayed at the premier in York north west for a few years now we usually go with my side of the family and every time we go the staff are so lovely always very polite and welcoming with a smile. The rooms are always clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good but can be very busy over bank holiday weekends. Evening meals is always good. Can be expensive near Christmas but reasonable price rest of the year. You get free parking free WiFi and it's only 5 minutes drive away from Rawcliff park and ride which takes you straight in to York.
