房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

The Hotel is what you'd expect but it's the staff that made this for us it's a quiet area and has some great local amenities my partner and myself went for our first anniversary we had never been to a hotel before and didn't know what to expect the first room we had wasn't exactly what we'd like and we explained to the front desk they were so kind and changed our room immediately even though we never asked they even asked us to check it was to our standards before deciding and made us feel like we wasn't just customers but actual people we mentioned when we arrived it was our first anniversary during idle chatter and we had a beautiful suprise of candles rose petals and balloons even a a lovely card and flowers! Made us feel really special and important! (Although the missus thought i did it to propose...) but the beds are comfy and warm had amazing night's sleep and the shower was easy to use probly one the best ones I've used!

This is not the best Premier Inn we have stayed at as it's very much in need of updating. Overall, it was good enough for the few nights that we were there. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was great. We would return for a short visit.

I was booked this hotel for work and was there for the month. I can't sing my praises enough about every member of staff that works here, from the hotel reception, to the housekeeping team and the Beefeater team next door. I was pretty nervous the first time I stayed, I'd not been to any hotels alone before, but the team were so welcoming, there was nothing that they couldn't help me with. Each week I was there, I would have to check out and back in again at the start of the week, and by the third week the lovely girl on reception (I didn't get her name, sorry!) recognised me and remembered my name - which was a small touch but made me feel welcome. From when I locked myself out my room, to when I was running late to check out, the whole team was lovely. I was booked on a breakfast package for the Beefeater, and once again, everyone was absolutely wonderful there. Mitchell (I think his name was - the manager with the glasses) was extremely friendly each morning, always greeting everyone with a smile and welcoming every guest personally. Again, there were so many stand out staff part of the team, including the person who followed me outside to return my airpods I'd left behind. It could be a bit isolating staying by yourself away from your home, but everyone who works here made that feeling drift away immediately, the food both for breakfast and on the evenings were always lovely, with the best service. The atmosphere was lovely, the rooms were always clean, and the staff were available 24/7. To say that everything was and everyone was lovely would be a disservice, I can't thank everyone enough for making me feel welcome, and my stay lovely.

I have stayed in many premier inns over the years from Birmingham to Weston, and Iv always found them good value for money. I booked a family room at this PI, the room was tiny, it was definitely just a double room with a sofa bed. We were staying for two nights with a child, which they knew from the booking, yet the sofa bed was not made up and bedding was not left in the room. The room smelt so musky, it was awful. There was no fridge, the bathroom was mouldy, skirting boards filthy and carpet needed a good clean! It was really reasonable price and great location with plenty of free parking. York itself was great fun. We had breakfast at the beefeater next door and an evening meal one night, the food was really good (I wasn’t expecting it would be) they also accept blue light discount - winner! I would stay here again as it is good value for money, but it needs a serious refurb!

Place was ok for cheapness to get into York wth car ,bus stop 10 min walk away £3 into York ,brewers fayre next door ab shocking food 🤮& people complain about Wetherspoons food ,which compared to b fayre is ab fantastic Second time we ate here thought was our bad choice last time NO ITS THE PUB FOOD YAK YAK
