Hotel-Gasthof Maisberger

Great hotel location opposite the train station and only a couple of stops from the airport. Check in was a breeze, very infomative young fellow behind the desk gave us many options for dinner as their restaurant was having a break after the busyness of Oktober fest. The room was quite big and well appointed but like most European hotels needs extra lighting. The breakfast was quite good, lots of variety - the only offputting thing were the religious statues and pictures around the walls. Take your time to wander the nearby streets there are some great restaurants nearby. This is the third time we have stayed here and can't fault it.

This family run hotel has great staff and is comfortable, clean, excellent service with parking and right next to a train station 2 stops from Munich airport. It provides an excellent breakfast and the restaurant food is traditional German cuisine that is nicely made. It is a very convenient location for visiting Munich away from the city centre and excellent choice .

This is next to the S-Bahn station, 8 minutes to MUC airport. The room was large and comfortable, though perhaps because my room was for handicap. The breakfast was an excellent buffet. I expect to return when I need to fly from MUC.

The property is at 16 km drive of the Munich airport and just in front of a train station connecting it to the airport and to the city center. This is a small family business well managed, with care for clients. The rooms are large, quiet and clean. There is a lift; the wifi worked very well and the breakfast was fantastic - with many options and very generous. Our room was the last one on its floor, close to the elevator, and had more than an outside wall, therefore it was quite cold inside, and the supplementary blankets very thin and light, rather for summer than for winter.

La habitación muy amplia. La temperatura no se podía graduar pero la temperatura general conseguida con el radiador del baño resulta adecuada. El buffet de desayuno es variado pero no tan completo como en hoteles de esa categoría en España. La atención muy buena. El restaurante ofrece comida de la región casera buenísima El codillo fantástico. El comedor tiene un ambiente muy acogedor.Y lo mejor es q está súper bien comunicado con Munich. Está junto a estación de tren y de autobuses y a la vez dentro del pueblo, perfecto.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, da unser Flug sehr spät gelandet ist. Die Rezeption ist nachts nicht geöffnet, das Hotel bietet aber als Service eine Schlüsselbox an, bei welcher man mit einem Code den Zimmerschlüssel bekommt - das hat super und unkompliziert funktioniert! Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber, mit einem gemütlichen Bett - nur die Kopfpolster waren nicht so bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker - besonders gut war der frische Obstsalat! Auch der Kaffee hat uns sehr geschmeckt.
