We booked accommodation in the Kummerower Hof bungalows for one night. Although we received a confirmation of our booking, on our arrival at the place we found out that we needed a code which no one had sent us and there was no one on site to help us. After three hours of waiting and unsuccessful attempts to reach the accommodation, the lady arrived and opened the cottage for us. No explanation nor apology. Breakfast was not fresh and food like meat and salmon was spoiled. The cabins themselves were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, which is useless if you can't get in.
