On the Guadalupe River! River access! 2 pools, 4 hot tubs! One pool is heated in winter! BBQ grills, a well manicured huge green lawn shaded by pecan trees! Downtown, Comal river and Schliterbahn are both around the corner! So close you could walk or bike! Take a quick 5 minute drive to Gruene Historic District! The balcony on this corner unit is perfect for enjoying the view and keeping an eye on your little ones. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed. Great Getaway
This condo was perfectly situated for our trip to Wurstfest and Gruene. The host was excellent and communicated with us quickly. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Great location
Had a great time staying in New Braunsfels. Great location to everything we wanted to do. 4 adults was crowded enough would not recommend 6 people stay in such a small place unless it is kids

Wonderful Interior & Amenities!
We found the rental to be larger than expected, well furnished, nice furniture, and beautiful green area behind the condo. It was easy to get food delivered and had a great selection of restaurants and entertainment close by. The hosts were quick to answer their phones when I had a couple minor questions.

Great location
We were 2 couples. We enjoyed this condo. Great patio. Great location. A couple little things that were really nice: the light switches were labeled and I liked the night lights. Very thoughtful.

Great Location
You can go near I35 and get to all the staple type of places to shop and eat or you can take the short drive to the town square and enjoy local flavor. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the area. Great quiet place.

Fantastic Stay
We went to stay with friends as our husbands went on a hike for the weekend. My friend and I and our kids just loved it. The location was perfect. Right on the River, lots of greenery space, great pool, and the home was comfortable and clean! We had a great time. The kids spent so much time running and playing outside. We will definitely be back!

great time
The plase was very modern, nice, comfortable & clean. The location could not have been better. Everything except the safari was with in 6-11 minutes away. I would stay there again anytime.
