This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning views of the Comal River, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a new King Bed and mattress! The quest bedroom has a Queen bed. The spacious living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy loveseat, a flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper—perfect for extra guests. Gorgeous wood floors run throughout the condo, adding warmth and charm to your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before heading to Schlitterbahn or a relaxing dinner after a day on the river. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, its own television, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, perfect for friends or family. The remodeled guest bathroom boasts a stylish walk-in shower with beautiful tile work, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Step outside and enjoy all the perks of being right on the Comal River! Relax at the water’s edge, take a refreshing float, or enjoy a picnic at one of the riverside tables. Charcoal grills are also available for a fun cookout with a view. Located just a short walk from downtown New Braunfels and right across the river from Schlitterbahn, this condo puts you in the heart of all the action while still providing a peaceful retreat. Whether you're here for tubing, exploring local shops and restaurants, or simply unwinding by the river, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway! No smoking No pets No parties or events. Additional rules -Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).   -Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach) -No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children) -Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property. -Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) -For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom  -Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st. -Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc) I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
