Very dirty and gross. You will want to shower after taking a shower here. Expect very black feet if you walk around without any shoes and socks. Not worth the price! View of the river is blocked by the trees. The only thing this place has going for it is the convenient location, but it’s hard not to be conveniently located in such a small town.

The room we got was literally right in front of the train tracks. We heard the train pass ALL night. To make matters worse every time the AC would turn on it would make a super loud sound the whole time it was on. The sound was similar to when you put your car through a car wash. We hardly slept and were very disappointed with our stay.

For the price of $360 a night this place is extremely overpriced. Similar to a old motel 6 or something around the $50 price range... The only positive is you can walk to the water park and get in 1 hr early....But that's not even worth the price you pay to stay there... un level flooring we felt like we were on a boat, dirty tub, broken soap dispensers, basically sheets for blankets on the beds. Old gross carpet very tiny rooms and very dated... would not recommend to anyone...

The park has changed so much since Cedar Fair has taken over, and not all for the best, they over sell tickets which creates extremley long lines , which makes people to buy fast passes to avoid lines and then the rides are closed for lack of maintenance or lack of life guards, they closed the gator pool in the park, they tookout the wave pool in the old section, turned down the torrent,the falls conveyor belt is broken making you get out early...It's just a new day at Schlitterbahn.

Everything about our visit was great. The weather was wonderful, lines were not long, all the rides were open & all employees were friendly & helpful. There were 12 in our party with 5 being kids. We stayed in the resort in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite with full kitchen. Two king beds in 1 room, 2 queen beds in another room & 1 queen bed in third room as well as a sofa bed in living room. It was comfortable and clean. No complaints from us as we all had a great time!!!

We stayed in cabin 243. It was small but decent. The beds were comfy but it was extremely noisy and could hear conversations through the walls of neighboring guests. We were stuck in the room most of the first day due to weather but only one small 20in tv in living area.

We stayed in two seperate condos on property, which was very nice. They were able to put us next to each other, which was accommodating. I would recommend more house keeping service, but overall it was a very nice place and the front desk service was great. The kids had a great time.

They had a wonderful summer camp feel! We loved the beds and even the pull out bed was nice!!! Being able to walk right over to the park was cherry on top too!!! We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was phenomenal and always so kind! We are already planning the next trip!!!

Mediocre experience. Room was fine, park access was fine. There is supposed to be a heated pool, they don’t turn it on anymore apparently for safety reasons. You supposedly get early park access but barely anything is open. The new ownership has shoehorned fast-pass culture into everything possible in the park including attractions that didn’t used to have a wait. Many attractions have been nerfed including the lazy river which now only has one entry/exit point and no more alligators. All the wait times for attractions have become extremely inflated due to unregulated fast-pass usage; it is infuriating watching the same groups of people cut in front of you a dozen times. This is not the same park as it was a few years ago. My advice, skip Schlitterbahn and go somewhere else.
