The Neighborhood Hotel Grand Beach

Loved the little kitchenette, the mattress was nice (firm, but not overly so), the shower hot and comfortably large, and everything was clean and operable. It really was like staying in a small apartment, but a well appointed one with 10ft ceilings. Noise from neighbors above us or in the hallways was noticeable, but muted and manageable, and the bedroom and main area had their own in-wall HVAC units. We were only there one night and didn't make use of the main building, fire pit or grills. The staff was also understanding when it came to our needing extra time after checkout, and communication (handled entirely over text messages) were prompt and courteous. Well done!

Highly recommend!!! I took my two kids (under 4) with a few other families and we had the best stay. My kids didn’t want to leave - nor did we. The attention to detail and charm that this property has is so impressive. Super clean, the bed was beyond comfortable, every room was spacious, super cozy, and even the hair products / soap was high-end. My kids loved the swings in the common area and games downstairs. I worked within hospitality / hotels for 12 years and know what a nice hotel entails - this was very nice and the concept is extremely cool. We will absolutely go back! Location is great too!

We absolutely loved it here! It felt more like a house rather than a hotel. I'm sure this place is very busy during peak times but coming here in winter was perfect! It was so clean and quiet and I loved all the little extra things they had in the kitchen area, in the room and in the common area. The games they have set out, the ping pong table downstairs, we just loved all of it. We will definitely be back!

The suite was perfect! Super clean. Easy access. Super pretty! Everything was just amazing. It felt like home away from home. I got the suite 5 perfect size for 2 people. Adorable outdoor space. I love the coffee and the s'more's kit were just perfect.

Immersed in nature, The Neighborhood Hotel was the perfect fall getaway destination! Beautiful property, clean rooms and a design style that is a mix of fresh, nostalgic and woodsy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private path to the beach made for a peaceful fall stroll with deer peeking out along the way. Loved the variety of rooms offered - perfect for families and friends to getaway together!

Last minute girls trip. This place was amazing! Wish our trip was longer. Room was great! So roomy and way better than a small hotel room. Loved to communal areas. Perfect for a fall trip. But we can’t wait to come back in the summer and swim in the pool.
