The hotel was dirty. The room had cockroaches, and the towels were dirty. There was only hot water for a shower if you called the front desk beforehand. There was no shampoo, only one tiny soap. I had to call or ask for replacement items many times. The restaurant looked like an abandoned building, so I never ate there.

I took a private room and it was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helped with any questions I had. They arranged airport pick up from New Delhi and even though I arrived late, the driver waited for me and was very friendly. They can help with any site seeing, sim cards or anything.

Everything was good.. service and guidance was also good it was helpful to us hotel staff was great and very helpful they provided us cab for local sightseeing that was great tour organised by hotel Managers Mr Anwar and Deepak nice and happy holidays

I am staying at this hotel for the first time I liked this hotel very much before this I used to stay in some other hotel this is better than other hotels I liked this hotel the most I keep coming to Delhi I liked staying at hotel glow inn the people here are very nice if I come to Delhi again I would like to stay here thank you to all the staff and hotel glow inn

I visited this place it was my solo trip. Had an amazing and comfortable stay. must try breakfast bread omellet and coffee at roof top restaurant with amazing ambience . location is 15 minutes walk from City center Connaught place. They help me changing currency at first day .they have travel desk in house where they provide free SIM card and Delhi Map.

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes walking from New Delhi railway station. Glow Inn is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary breakfast and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

The perfect hotel with perfect location .Airport pick up by hotel side ,free breakfast amazing rooftop place to sit where we can take to other travellers too .Hotel is inside small alley so no noise of main bazar as it's too crowdy area with lot os shops over all good place to stay .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and as described and shown online. It’s in a great location as well - very central. Good value. No complaints with this place, I would recommend ittt.
