I'd like to say that the property is at a good location and the staff are courteous. However, I had a few issues that dampened the quality of my stay. 1. The TV remote was not working and the TV was not turning off. 2. The AC remote only worked sometimes, and the temperature wasn't changing so the room got either very cool or you had to turn the AC off. I called hosuekeeping but they were unable to properly fix these issues. 3. The rooms were a little cramped for 2 people. Please ensure working equipment in all the rooms and otherwise It is a good quality stay.

Stayed at Ahuja Residency and was pleasantly surprised. We were a large group but the hotel handled it very well. Although the hotel is basic, the customer service was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and catered to our requirements efficiently. Overall a good experience.

The accommodation provides a decent space for basic amenities. The hotel is also near the venue. My room was cleaned daily and drinking water is replenished as well. I just had some challenges with my door since the key card is not working, but the staff is helpful and provided my the keys. I just wished that they provided hotel slippers since I noticed that the floor is dusty. The double beds combined could get some getting use to. The breakfast options are limited, but decent enough. I availed the laundry services which is okay, but don't expect laundry with strong fabric conditioner scent. Staff are helpful even if we arrived late at night and they helped during check-out. Kudos to them.

The staff were so helpful and so nice, they made everything about our stay in Delhi great. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Location is nice and quiet, and not too far from Delhi's tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend!

We took this hotel because it was the closest to our friends' Oberoi hotel but not that expensive. I expected for the price a top hotel, we paid almost 10000 RPS, but we received a cold shower when we saw our room. The hotel itself has zero (0) atmosphere and the inside looks like an office building which could as well have been situated in Paris, no Indian touch whatsoever. The room is not as in the pictures, but is in deep need of some refreshing. The bathroom was old and dirty, there were hairs from former guests in all corners and in the shower. The tuk tuk we took and the taxi we called did not find the place. I also think that a lot of the 5 star ratings are fake accounts when I read them, a big tripadvisor problem. Don't come here as a tourist, there are so many more better and cheaper hotels in Delhi ( a week before we stayed in a better place for 20000 RPS for 5 nights!).

It was a very hassle free stay. I stayed there for one night. The hotel has a very pleasant vibe about it. The staff and mangers are very helpful, accommodative and courteous. Centrally located. Customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice cozy boutique hotel stay.

Very pleasant hotel, well situated. Clean rooms But the star was a gentleman at the reception Mr Rajeev who was very helpful , in finding me a room at the last minute A wizard Was always attentive to us and extremely pleasant I would use this hotel again, frankly because of him

Excellent...top rating from my side for location,food and accommodation...with special appreciation of Ms. Paramjit Kaur...good work! What is special about it is the aesthetics of the place, and the la carte kitchen...the place has a fine ambience...👍
