First of all not recommended for family and couples, room condition was really bad water coming out from ac, room was smelly, all staff was very arrogant no one was interested in helping for anything, please it is genuine feed back and really hotel not recommended for anyone

The list was too noisy and sound from other rooms is clearly audible, it disturb your sleep. The quality of food is also bad

Room is full of cockroaches, washroom flush was broken
no communication material to call reception for ordering food

we checked-in and the lobby was full of staunch cigarette smell. lift was out of order and tiles packets were stacked in front of the lift and stairs. The room given to us was smelling bad. cockroaches crossed our vision both in the room and in bathroom. The manager was not on desk and the staff representing him was blunt to say that we can't give you any other room. the hotel appears big with large rooms but nothing is real in those.
Overall, it was a very bad experience for us and not expected
