Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi recensioner

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

A reasonable 5 star hotel to stay when you are going to India for business. It is near to the airport however far from the city centre. Do take note of that. Amenities are pretty standard. The food selection however is rather limited but it is acceptable. Rooms are clean.

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

Hotel is very close to airport and easy to reach airport within 15 min. Bit upset room was not ready until checking time and ask me to wait 15 min and after still not ready. Check out some confusion going on about payment done by trip.com. It’s bit bad experience for me . Thank you

Good location near airport and mall. Good breakfast spread too.

Gave me the last corridor room and the WiFi connectionwas so bad plus there's mosquitos into he hotel lobby and in the room which I was bitten thrice.

First class service at this hotel. Super friendly staff from the moment you step out of the car outside of the hotel until the time you depart. The food in the cafe was mind blowingly good with a range of dishes to suit anyone. I will be back.

The location is good only 15 minutes to airport. Food mall behind the hotel. Staffs is good  Negative : no shower cap and WiFI is always disconnect.  Overall I am satisfied.

A great place to stay when exchanging flights. The hotel team is really great. Very attentive and polite. No wish (and we had some...) remained unanswered. Pool, Spa and Gym: SUPER!

Nice breakfast, the room is big and the cleanliness is good.

Overall ok just the toilet looks a bit outdated. We just stayed for a night and were convenient for our flight transfer. Just 10mins away from the airport, the location is safe.

So bad experience when we reach that time they don’t have the room which we need the connecting, and after that in the same floor, they given the lower room and in the room having this smell of paint and they are not going to corporate also. After that, they given the room that also not OK. So my experience is so bad. I never suggest the people to stay there.

Clean and comfy room. Enjoy staying 3 nights here.
