The Hans, New Delhi recensioner

Location is good, close enough to town but in a quiet area for sleep. Room is clean and a good size, exactly what I would expect for the cost. Bed was comfortable and shower etc. were good. Reason for rating is wifi not working 1st day we were there, we reported it and staff siad they were fixing it. We gave up and slept, next day different staff member just used a different user and password and it worked. Day 2 room key didn't work, *** let us in the room and said he would bring a replacement key, he never did.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had many suitcases banged into them, towels washed too many times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC

Good location not far from Connaught Place, close to restaurants and bars and some historic areas. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel limits food choice. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly and courteous.

Buen hotel con personal muy atento. La ubicación bien a unos 600m del metro. La habitación espaciosa aunque las instalaciones no son nuevas. De todas maneras todo funciona bien. La ducha caliente y caudalosa, baño bien equipado. La limpieza está bien para los estándares del lugar. El desayuno abundante, muchos platos de comida India pero también con opción de desayuno continental. El staff muy servicial.

Very cooperative and humble staff .Good service from housekeeping. Rooms are so hygienic and also sufficient for couple. We don't prefer for restaurant, which is smelly. As we r vegetarian will suggest for more veg food......................

It was a pleasant stay the hotel staff is really good and also the services are good. I liked the view from the room it was mesmerising. In all I liked the hotel the staff especially Rahul, Mahek and Aman are really good people to take care of yours. The hotel was located in good location as well.

The rooms are exquisite and the staff are so welcoming ,specially front desk all are very friendly and welcoming I came here for my medical examination. Everything was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Mr. Vivek front desk manager for make my stay comfortable.

it was very nice experience. the staff were very polite and helpful.. Spically Rajan and Vishal. the food was really tasty and fresh..and all the rooms are neat and clean with sanitzer... keep up the good work guyz!!! It's look good thank you...

Great hospitality the staff is supportive and humble. I meet Mr rajan and mahak both are working hard to make us feel comfortable.... I always loved to be there for breakfast and dinner.... We are fully satisfied with the stay... The hotel room is very silent and asthetic. Everyone is supportive and friendly nature.

The restaurant breakfast is very good . Mr Negi and Mr Hari were really accomodative. We can place our request and they will take care. I had to stay for six weeks and got bored with the menu. They made adjustments for me and took care of my requests.

Hotel view was very good location is perfect the housekeeping team wa very good and front desk staff also very good specially Rahul & mehak very cooperative. Amenities in the room was perfectly and for the space for car and othe vehicle.........

Hotel the hans is the best hotel in delhi. Always enjoyed staying at the hans delhi . hospitality food quality is really outstanding. They are really amazing always ready to serve you with smiling face . From check in to check out .room was clean smelled nice and artfully decorated. All were superb courtesous and gave a welcome feeling .
