Perfect hotel to enjoy family vacation, Hotel lobby area is clean with comfortable sitting area, room clean, comfy bed, air conditioner works very good, washroom very clean... Rich breakfast with varieties of food. Hotel staff very polite and professional. This hotel stays many foreigners. Hotel located near to shopping center, 5 minutes walking distance from canought place center. Recommended ☺️🥰

The room is very dirty, the bathroom is not clean, the bed is old, the towels are very old.

The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

Paid a lot for it, stayed with my wife and we had to ask for two toothbrush and slippers. The locker was not working, the shoe polish wasn't able to open, TV channels were mostly non existent and most importantly the water was only hot. No cold water to wash face. Staff was helpful but why let the guests go through the pain if you're taking 8k per day?

The only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.

Musky smell in the room without the possibility to open the windows. Basic room style. Nothing fancy. People smoking in the room. No rules.

Old hotel but still good and breakfast is good, room is kinda old but still have smoking room is helpful for stay, good and polite staff, main new Delhi heart of Delhi and parliament street

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

The hotel is outdated. Very good location. The breakfast choices are good. The dinner buffet is good. The room was outdated, humid and with a terrible mouldy smell. Cleanliness was very poor. Very pricey for what’s offered. We were overall disappointed.

Not worth a 5 star in any way. Quality of food is very average and so is the service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options that catered to different tastes. While the decor could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. All in all, a very good stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
