I am staying since last two/ three years whenever coming to Delhi and service is very good compare than other hotels. Staff name is Roshni and she is taking care of food service well. Thanks for overall good services and I found food quality also very good

Walked into the hotel with my friends for a lunch on the way when visited Houz Khas. We were a group of 10 people and the table was so well taken care of by the staff. The food and service was excellent; we had ordered several dishes and each was served with full of love and taste by the team members at the restaurant. Keep it up! The staff and all the management team is very humble and attentive to each and every thing of the guests. We wish to stay there whenever visiting Delhi next time. Thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for having such a wonderful team.

The stay was decent. My bed was short as i am tall person and hence was a difficult sleep. However, the breakfast was excellent. The servers and staff, which in our case was Roshni ji, helped us with the serving. Very kind and helpful. My best wishes to the staff and all the members.

Nice ambience located on Outer Ring Road, easily to approach. I booked it as I was with my family. A warm welcome with garlands by Managers, they also offered welcome drink. Really wonderful staff that made our stay comfortable and joyful. The food is very tasty, it was nice to taste Indian food while our children liked and tasted Chinese flavours. I recommended Rockland to all my near ones Congrats Keep it up.

We were really disappointed with this hotel. Our room was in a separate building and was small and not very clean, especially the shower area and it had an awful smell, masked by a stong air freshener. Our outlook was a concrete wall and we had a small door leading onto a ledge where pigeons spent their time flapping and cooing and creating lots of noise. We ate in the restaurant and the food was OK, more like takeaway food but again the restaurant had a horrible damp smell and was very dated and not that clean. The pool was empty and in a state of disrepair, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. The general maintenance of the hotel wasn't great with damp patches etc throughout. The staff were fine in the restaurant area but in other areas if not unhelpful they certainly weren't particularly helpful. We were supposed to come back to this hotel for a further 3 nights but asked our agent to cancel. This place needs some work.

Stayed in Rockland Hotel with a group of friends and left satisfied. Rooms were clean and comfy with a modern vibe, the staff was very helpful as well. Good budget friendly option for a city stay in Delhi- close to all prime locations in the city. Would recommend.

Pool not working even though advertised due to be repaired 2025, hotel room smelt of style smoke even though advertised as no smoking, room filthy requested to be moved and given a room just as dirty, checked out after one night amd changed to another hotel, complained and mgt not interested. Do not book this hotel or if you can cancel. Worst hotel I have stayed in india
