Hotel Ajanta Delhi

For one night perfect.

Disappointed with front office staff Very bad i booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip for 1 night with breakfast I request for early check in on phone before oneday when I reached hotel with my 2 kids 5yr baby nd 11 yr nd the most important thing is my wife was a patient at 5am till 11AM they didn't respond they didn't bother even no welcome drink no glass of water nothing Mr Deepak was at the reception nd another guy they talk with me like they are the owners of that hotel very arrogant walgur type talking way.....i ll never come back to this hotel ..... Listen when you have a family With you no buddy can tolerate these stupid things ....... But honestly I ll tell u one thing I have seen the owner of this hotel 2nd day in lobby he is so decent nd amazing personality... please sir keep your staff train give them a good classes.....thanks

At first, the hotel looked nice from the outside, however, once staying in the room, it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have hoped. There was also a constant and strong cigarette smoke smell in our room which was disappointing. We had windows and a large space, however, some of the rooms of our family members were in has no windows at all. The hotel wasn't terrible but I wouldn't go back. Also, we were advised by the locals that it isn't a very safe area and that females should not walk alone.
