Airport Hotel Vishal Residency

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel booking in the mahipalpur area through makemytrip. My check-in time was scheduled for 2 pm, but due to my flight reaching delhi at 11 pm, i tried to inform the property about my late arrival. The contact number provided in the booking receipt was not in use, and makemytrip was also unable to reach the property to communicate my situation. When i finally arrived at the hotel around midnight, i was told that no rooms were available. The hotel receptionist then took me to another property a kilometer away. Considering the late hour and the unfamiliarity of the area, this was a distressing experience. This is the second time i have faced such issues in the mahipalpur area. The lack of coordination between makemytrip and the listed properties, coupled with the unavailability of valid contact numbers, makes this feel like a recurring scam. Such negligence puts customers in uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situations. I urge makemytrip to ensure better communication with their partnered properties and to verify the contact details provided. Travelers booking in this area should exercise caution and consider confirming their reservations directly with the property in advance. Overall, this experience left me frustrated and wary of booking through this platform again.

My stay was terrible. The hotel is really dirty, the bathroom is stinky and the AC makes a really bad noise, I had to ask the staff (very rude) to turn it off twice during the night, plus the switches don’t work. I didn’t dare to order anything. I really recommend everyone not to go, and don’t let the drivers at the airport help you finding a hotel near the airport because you will end up in please like this one.

We were on a vacation trip to India for 3 weeks. The day we arrived, AI cancelled all the flights to our destination city. So our taxi driver took us to Vishal residency. I must say, the service was excellent. They stored our luggage for 10 days until we finished our local travel and we picked up our bags after 10 days and moved onto our next destination. It was timely help and we truly appreciate it. Location is excellent and it is close to the airport. They provided us 5 star service. Thank you Vishal Residency
