When i reached the hotel the hotel was already booked and no rooms were available, however, hotel arranged a room in a different hotel named as hotel ambience, hotel is just name sake, their hotel rooms are uncomfortable and the bathroom is not that good, i called customer service for this they said by 5-6 pm they will offer me a good room but still my situation was same, light were very dim, bathroom ceiling were not proper, toilet flush was not working properly. Just imagine in faced all these issues with my wife. I called again to customer service, they apologized and said they will offer me a complimentary breakfast in the morning. At morning hotel denied and said we have no confirmation about it. At morning i connected, they confirmed that they spoken to hotel manager and they will give me breakfast but at the end they denied and hotel staff behaved arrogantly, at first they said they are offering me complimentary breakfast then they denied, I end up paying the whole amount of food and hotel, with a worst experience.
