Here’s a sample review: I regret booking this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy, with stained bedding, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. To make matters worse, the hotel is located in a very run-down area, which didn’t feel safe, especially at night. The photos online were completely misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

This is a medium to low priced hotel, so take the best room 103 or 104 is good The hotel is full marble floors The roof top terrace is great The rooms at the front will be noisy There is no city view rooms Delhi what can I say Packed, parah ganj is not for the faint hearted Take the advice of the people in the lobby they really know what is happening in that area. I would stay here again if I ever come back. I

立地と口コミで選びました! ウーバーで移動していたためあまり周りの散策はできませんでしたが、駅からも徒歩圏内でインドっぽさを味わえる街としてここにしました。価格は部屋の狭さや古い設備からしたら高く感じましたが、立地がいいのでこの価格な気がします。 1人でダブルベッドのお部屋でしたが小さなテーブルと明日が2つ、ハンガーポール、冷蔵庫もあり。部屋は狭いですがスーツケースも広げられるし寝るだけなら十分でした。エアコンもしっかりききます。防音は全くないので、廊下の声や外の音も聞こえてきていました。変圧器はたぶん数が少ないですが借りられます。 気になる点は部屋がカビ臭かったこと、タオルは洗ってあるが古い、シャワーの温度調整ができない、窓がない、外側からの鍵の開け閉めが硬い、テレビが見れない、ベッドが硬い、古い二重の手動扉のエレベーター、冷蔵庫がほぼ冷えない。ベット横のコンセントが使用できなかった。フロントでもドライヤー貸し出しなし。 良かった点は、円からルピーに両替する際にジャイプールとアグラに比べると手数料が少なかった。フロントはいつも和やかな雰囲気でスタッフさんたちの愛想がよく、日本語を少し話せる方もいました。 わたしは朝食なしでしたが友人は朝食付きの予約で、ホテル正面のカフェでトーストと*料理、コーヒーか紅茶が選べます。ホテルから空港まではUberタクシーで30分、混んでても40分くらいでした。¥600くらいかな。 ちなみに道は狭いですが、ホテルやお店がたくさんあり、夜でも明るくてそこまで人が多くないので女1人で外に出ても危険を感じることはありませんでした。実際21時頃、空港へ行く前にホテル周辺を散歩してからUberを拾おうと思って、大通りまで5分くらい歩きましたが、危ないなと感じることはありませんでした。(ホテル前にもリキシャやタクシーは入ってこれます。)お水やお菓子をちょこっと買えるようなお店も目の前にあり。 宿泊者で、日本人韓国人も少し見かけたし、ファミリーで滞在している人、白人も見かけました。安全なホテルと思っていいと思います! コスパはすごくいいですね。神経質な方はお風呂用のサンダルとトイレにかぶせる用のゴミ袋とかあればいいかなと思います。

I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service and conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the hotel was not prepared to meet even the most basic expectations. We arrived well before the confirmed check-in time of 8 AM, yet were told by reception that our room was not ready. Despite waiting in the reception area, the room was still not ready by the scheduled time, forcing us to wait longer without the opportunity to freshen up before our planned excursion. This is completely unacceptable, as we had made the necessary arrangements well in advance. The situation only worsened the following day. After returning from an early excursion, we discovered that we had been moved to a completely different room. The new room was in a deplorable state – filthy bed sheets, dirty linen, no towels, and no toilet paper. The room was far from the “recently refurbished” standard advertised; instead, it was covered in mold, dirty, and far below acceptable standards. The hotel as a whole was in a terrible condition, far removed from what was portrayed on your website. When we raised our concerns with the manager, asking for a full refund so we could find alternate accommodations, we were rudely refused. The manager insisted that the room had been kept for us and that no refund would be offered, showing no regard for the poor state of the facilities or the discomfort caused. To make matters worse, the hotel staff frequently turned off the air conditioning and did not provide hair dryers unless explicitly requested. It was clear that there was a lack of basic amenities and service throughout our stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The reality of the hotel is a far cry from the misleading photos on your website, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. The presence of mold, the constant noise from staff shouting up and down the stairs, and the overall lack of cleanliness made our stay unbearable. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and demand a full refund for the disastrous experience we endured. Please ensure that future guests are not subjected to such poor conditions.

****Hotel Cottage Yes Please - More like HOTEL COTTAGE NO THANKS*** I strongly advise anyone considering Hotel Cottage Yes Please in New Delhi to set aside a bit more money and opt for a different hotel. My stay here was a complete disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were moved to a smaller room. The room itself was outdated, with damp patches on the walls and ceiling. The décor was old-fashioned, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Despite the bedding being changed daily, it was always dirty, with noticeable stains. The towels were in such a bad state, they were grey and discoloured instead of white. To make matters worse, there were flies on the bathroom ceiling. I had to take the time to write a 'to-do' list for the staff, detailing what needed to be topped up in the room, including toilet paper, towels, and water and even then they would forget something. The fan was ridiculously noisy—sounding more like a commercial generator than something you'd expect in a hotel room. Additionally, this place is not suitable for families with children. There was exposed wiring around the AC unit in my room, which was only covered by insulation tape. The handheld bidet was fixed to the wall using two brown raw plugs, which felt incredibly unsafe. We also had to ask for bottles of water, which arrived with dirty exteriors. Noise pollution was a constant issue. From around 6 a.m. every morning, all you could hear was the incessant honking of car horns, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. The hotel is also surrounded by beggars who use children as a tactic to extract money from passers-by. They would wait outside the hotel door every morning, making for a very uncomfortable and unsettling experience. Communication with the staff was also problematic. Although we know some Hindi, we're not fluent, yet whenever we complained, the staff would swear and talk about us in an unprofessional manner. To add to the disappointment, the staff seemed like a group of teenage boys dressed in casual clothes, with no proper uniforms, which gave a very unprofessional vibe to the place. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, meaning we had to go to a coffee shop across the road just to get a hot drink. For anyone expecting the standards of a UK travel lodge (a 2-star hotel), this will be a huge letdown. Overall, it was a terrible experience with a shabby finish. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for accommodation—this place was nothing short of a disaster.

* This is a REAL review * I would say 99% of my reviews are all positive but I needed to make this review to warn other travelers. Let me state that I am aware this is a budget hotel and I was not expecting five-star service. With that being said, my friends and I arrived at the Hotel Cottage Yes please at 5am. We arranged to have our rooms ready and agreed to pay extra for super early check in. I walked into a room with bugs on the floor, yes the window was open, so I chalked it up to that. Then I went into the bathroom and there was no soap, toilet paper, or warm water. Then I made the mistake of sitting on the bed and observing over 10 little bugs jump up, as if I woke them from a sleep. I took videos and pictures and went right away to the front desk. After 10 minutes of me trying to show him pictures of the bugs, he agreed to come upstairs and proceeded to say "maybe they came from my suitcase", which was still unpacked and unopened. After OVER AN HOUR of me refusing to leave until I was refunded my money, he finally relented and threw my money on the desk. I can go on and on about the elevators being pretty much on the verge of breaking, the location not being great or the horrendous shower / toilet combo but the bugs should top em' all. Trust me and go to another place. This place was hell.

Our family of 8 made 4 separate bookings for the larger Triple rooms. On arrival all our rooms were given to someone else and without telling us they gave us the smaller (cheaper) double rooms. These were disgusting. Bug infestation in bathroom, stained & ripped bedding, air conditioner flooding the room (I have pictures) After an extensive fight with the manager they a greed to put us in our original booked larger rooms. These were better although the bed was not changed after the last guest, no tea& coffee. No room service. Aircon not working. But worst was Ajaz Baktoo (picture attached) at the travel booking desk. A total SCAM ARTIST! Convinced us to cancel our pre booked tour because he could give us a better experience. Not only did he pocket most of the money and booked us sub par accommodations, he cancelled the activities we agreed on and we were forced to book and pay our own hotel rooms for 2 nights. In short he ruined what should have been a lovely family holiday. Don’t trust him.He insisted on cash and wouldn’t accept credit card, knowing we wouldn’t be able to get a refund if he scammed us. On top of it all the endless messages, excuses and fights with him were insane as we tried to get what we paid for. We have proof of it all, so no matter what the reply to this review will be I’m happy to show documentation of his scam.
