The hotel is located next to the SDA Market, which is the Centre of New Delhi. Staff are very courteous and rooms are ample and comfortable. Staff need some training, but they are genuine and hospitable. Breakfast can be better. I would recommend it to business travelers like myself; pricing is reasonable and it is value for money.

They upgraded to a bigger room for our family that was nice but the bathroom was filthy. I had to get the sheet changed because they were ripped and stained and had to get the bathroom cleaned and even after they cleaned the bathroom it was not clean. I cleaned it myself and did bother using the shower. I would not recommend staying there.

It's opposite to the iit new delhi main gate. Every year i attend iit conference. All the time i am staying at shyam international only.

Not a 3 star hotel, poor facilities, not for value for money for 2500 is ok

It's the worst stay and experience. Beware there are bedbugs and i had bites over my hands and legs. The linen was not clean had hairs and dirt. Throughout the night there were noises from other rooms people screaming, laughing, completely disturbing. Since the hotel is close to main road you will listen vehicle noises all night. Putting altogether dint have a proper sleep.

The property is well maintained and staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and in general good hygiene as per 3 star expectations.

Good three nights, clean, comfortable and safe also friendly hotel. A very nice basic breakfast and close to restaurants and shops and walking to iitd
