Hotel Indigo New Orleans - French Quarter recensioner

Hotel Indigo was very quant. it is just enough room for comfort. the hotel is beautifully decorated and really nice staff. only thing they only had one elevator working and we were there for a convention

we stayed in this hotel for one night, the service is very good! the hotel is beautiful, in the city center, everything is clean, cozy! the only minus is that our room had no window! or rather it was fake! this should have been mentioned somewhere either on the website or at the reception!

Great location in the heart of the city but be prepared to be stung by the valet parking. We paid for the first night but found a car park a couple of blocks away and paid just over half the price.

I give this hotel 4 stars. My overall experience was really good. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk to Bourbon St. It's definitely in the heart of the French Quarters. I would have gave 5 stars, but the bathroom door in our hotel room was extremely hard to close. The hotel room itself is small and there are no closets to store your clothes or suitcases.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, and everything was just perfect. The facilities are top-notch, and the room was incredibly spacious. The highlight for me was the bed – it's the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The hotel has plenty of amenities, including a cafe downstairs and a large lobby area. They also provide daily cleaning, which was great. I had no issues during my stay and really enjoyed my time there. If I ever visit New Orleans again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

Located just outside the French Quarter, I personally find it still very convenient and close to public transport and the tram station. Friendly service from the staff.

Will come back again

在這個價格範圍，考慮到在美國，我儘量拉低了預期，所以其實沒有我想的那麼糟，房間雖然不大，但是也夠用，隔音也還可以。主要問題是設施比較陳舊很多把手都壞了，最令人不滿的應該是服務吧，前台的人像復讀機一樣，你問什麼他都熟視無睹，而且明顯感覺是一個沒有靈魂的人，前台電話也打不通必須直接撥號碼轉接才可以，如果短期住一兩天的話沒什麼問題，如果來的時間早還會有比較好的房間來的越晚房間越差，希望大家知悉

Kamer en lokatie van het hotel zijn zeer goed. Het aangeboden ontbijt was erg slecht, alles had een chemische smaak en veel variatie was er niet. Beter kamer zonder ontbijt nemen en ergens anders ontbijten. Keuze genoeg.

Qualité prix dur à battre … très bien placé / très propre … personnel sympa …

床好舒服啊~ 服務人員人都蠻好的也很親切，離bourdon street很近，隨時都可以走去酒吧微醺一下

房間特別小，隔音不好，又在奧爾良鬧市。。。
