Sketchy neighbourhood, room was okay. Only saw 1 small roach. Beds were nice and comfortable.

Nothing special to mention. Old motel relatively OK maintained. As expected in this category.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Pulled up and pest control was on the scene already. Dead insects found on the floor of our suite. Microwave with no platter and filthy. At one point the police were at the location taking photos of a room and hauling away bags of something in white vans. Im not sure what happened here but it was not good. Management was rude and impolite. The only positive was the price and honestly it was only middling at best. Not the best location to get into the hot spots of NOLA as advertised and in a very scary neighborhood.

It was a great experience

The location is perfect for my early morning appointments. I liked that it had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The rooms are roomy. Staff is friendly and informative. Close to highway and down town. It's good for the price. Wish I had taken pictures of the room.
