Boaters Paradise located on the Cotee River about .5 mi from the open Gulf. Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and, throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.
Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also, kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.
There are several places close by to rent kayaks, boats, paddle boards, and bicycles.
