Location is great - just 2 mins walk to the middle of old street, the unit is very clean and tidy. Bed comfort is average. Shower pressure is really good. The unpleasant thing is that we found the guy receptionist wasn't being friendly. Not feeling welcome and has his own attitude. I had vertigo and been vomiting since the morning we checking out. We asked if we can stayed awhile more in the room but was being chased out and asked to sit at the common area. That's ok coz perhaps I can understand the place could be fully booked. Then, when we waiting at the recep area, I am feeling sick and my friend ask if he can turn off the aircond as it's very cold in the rainy day at the lobby, he refused and ask if I can sit at the floor corner under the aircond. We ignored him and he has no choice and seems reluctantly switch off the aircond. Well, I'm sorry but this guy will definite give you an unpleasant welcome. Sorry but he is definitely not fit in hospitality line. Note: Picture is the view from the common area on top floor.

Given the price that we pay, the quality of the stay was satisfactory. The room was clean, and having no window was expected as stated in the listing. The inly complaint was about the bathroom/restroom: the toilet and the shower were not fully separated, so it was really hard to keep the toilet area dry. Also, the bath/restroom has no door; some people may like that but it is not for everyone.

The location is good with family of 4 with luggage. Our Airport transfer send us to this hotel door step. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is nice , as we like to have local ********* porridge. And it comes with bread and buns. The coffee complements everything. My daughter love the cold milk tea. Relax with a beautiful view
