Good place and view, the location is on the other mountain side but have pick-up service from the main station.

Check in is at 16:00, fen at reception upgraded our room to a Mountain View, room was clean, it was a good size with 2 tubs (cold & hot) , had a balcony & a small fridge, a little bit far from old town wulai but they have a shuttle that can take you for ntd 150/way, staff was really helpful and very hospitable, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests, thank you to Ling & Fen, you guys made our stay extra comfortable.

The facilities were very good, with two large bathtubs and a nice shower. The view of the mountains and the old town was beautiful. The breakfast was very comprehensive with both Western and Asian style breakfast available.

The room itself was great - clean, big hot tub, great view and balcony. A little hard to get to and from the town without driving, hotel felt a little rundown, but not the room at all.

這裡離老街有點距離，去台車瀑布較近些。房間較老舊，空調設備沒有暖氣功能，我是在年假後去的，天氣還有點冷，沒有暖氣有點不適。浴室泡湯空間大，湯質還不錯，服務人員，親切友善，而廚房的阿姨很貼心，都會來問要不要加小菜什麼的。

飯店可能蓋在山區所以沒有電梯，必需提行李爬樓梯，房門密閉度不好，冷風會一直跑進來，雖然跟飯店多要了一條被子，整夜還是覺得很冷，房間角落清潔不是很乾淨，浴室非常大，但是抽風機聲音很大，浴室沒有掛毛巾的地方，有點小小不方便。

不過不失，適合自駕遊。有酒店車接送。環境空氣好。 住307房，兩個泡澡浴池很好，一冷一熱哦！晚餐買券吃299台幣。火鍋普普通通。

地點不錯、停車方便、櫃檯人員客氣、笑臉相迎，餐點還可以不過工作人員衛生習慣要再加強，電視常斷訊、隔音不好，其它的都還好

第一天來得晚，房間和溫泉池很大，陽台寬敞，風景怡人，第二天遊覽烏來瀑布，雲仙樂園，烏來老街，舒服地度過一天假期，返酒店前記得買飲料零食，因為酒店附近最近的便利店要行十分鐘！

蠻不錯的體驗，房間裡面就可以泡溫泉，而且兩個人泡還有蠻大的空間很舒服，廁所有蚊子但是沒有被蚊子咬醒，可能那個蚊子不咬人？ 房間該有的都有，還有除濕器，覺得很貼心～

酒店位於山上，鄰近烏來老街步行約30分鐘。不知道有免費巴士接駁到車站酒店，再check-in的時候才告知可安排接送車，Check-in時可+299台幣享用晚餐火鍋。房間裏較多昆蟲出沒，而且冷氣比較舊，在晚上睡覺的時候不是太安心睡醒幾次。預約有陽台的房間，泡溫泉的時候空氣較為流通。最後再退房的時候，告知沒有司機安排接送到車站，跟前台說再check-in的時候，告知可以安排司機接送。最後酒店安排免費的士送到車站。

位置在山上當然會不太方便，入住當天下雨便坐的士台幣二百元到酒店，酒店有車可以送回烏來老街，來烏來重點當然係溫泉，一個字形容：非常好
