The location is great walking distance to Banqiao MRT, Nan ya Night market. Hotel room is clean and cosy!

Satisfied and will visit again when our next trip to Taiwan. Location is superb, easy access to MRT station and night market. The hotel breakfast is good too.

Wonderful hotel, spacious room. Location of the hotel away from Taipei downtown, about 40mins by MRT or bus, easy access with the station nearby the hotel. Family mart is nearby.

I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with. Cons: 1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious. When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all. 2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton. Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests.

Great location located in New Taipei where we can go down directly to the Christmas Celebration in just 3 min walks. Walkable distance to the Railway station.

Been at this hotel a bunch of times and always a pleasant experience. Great staff and rooms

Might need to pay attention to the furnitures. The chair was wobbly., and the cabinet door to the fridge was loose. Other than these minor detail details, the stay was pleasant.

Booking with the executive room provided with lounge access which is perfectly convenient for business travelling used

Overall is good! Location is good and convenient for business travel. Gym room is very nice!

Swimming pool is very nice

The room space is comfortable, the lighting is soft, and the bathroom has good circulation. Wonderful dining experience
