Twilight House recensioner

A very comfortable stay with proper heating system, it could be quite cold at night. Love the Japanese style designed with tatami floor. Instructions were given beforehand. So read carefully!! It was a bit hard for us to find our way to the house. It would be better if the host able to show us the way from the bus stop when we arrived.

located near jiufen old street - like within 10 mins walk from a corner of the street. room was not too small for 2 pax, there was hot water for shower but not for the basin, personally thought it was a bit difficult to locate the place as we weren't informed of the directions etc prior to the day?

Check in/out process is via WhatsApp.  Response was immediate and check in was smooth.  Room was clean and comfortable

Very cozy large room. Good value for money. No views but exposed to the alley, but this is minor. Detailed guided info to get there and check-in. Recommend!

very clean cozy room. you have to go up stairs for around 10 minutes but not a bad location. just remember that u have to LINE them to check in!! text them through LINE and they will soon reply u.

I stayed at this homestay for one night and I was satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The homestay also offered tour and massage services, which I appreciated. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient for elderly people or those with large luggage. We only had bagpacks so no issue. There were a lot of stairs to climb and the homestay was not easy to find. However, the homestay provided detailed directions and was responsive to my messages. Overall, I would recommend this homestay for a short stay.

Very hard to find the exact location, need to contact them in advanve especially you have big luggage so that they can arrange the pick up service for you, but we did not know so the experience was bad. They provided most of the required facilities so except for the location, overall still okay

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Everything was good. The place is a little difficult to find. The wifi password is the hotel’s phone number. We didn’t buy a SIM card when we were in Taiwan, so it was not easy to communicate with the front desk without wifi. There is a YouTube video on how to go to the hotel to and from the old street. You should ask for that video ahead of your check in.

雖然我訂的是神隱國度， 但根據老闆說法， 因為一些原因（？）我們被換到了神隱之森， 所以這篇評價我會針對木質調館去寫。 玻璃屋真的是非常非常漂亮，鞦韆真的讓我愛不釋手🥰 床位也非常的寬敞， 浴室就像小溫室非常好拍😍 還有想特別感謝線上管家即時幫忙回答我們的問題😆 這間很推👍

推薦给輕便行李的旅客 👍 搭客運到了九份老街之後需要徒步一段路才會到達，但上山之後沿路的風景很漂亮，值得 整體房間整潔度和舒適度都是滿意的，有一建議：民宿在訂單成立後可以訊息聯繫客戶先告知checkin方式，我們是晚上才抵達checkin，遇到另一組日本旅客事前不知道需要聯繫民宿獲取房間密碼，加上晚上是采自助式checkin，沒有人員可立即在場給予協助，所以花費了些時間才入住成功。這點可再改善，其他都好

位置很難找，只有靠line客服才能聯絡，對於長輩來說，或是年長者，可能需要花很多時間才能找到，全部都是自助入住，建議店家，可以有個人員服務能幫忙帶房入住
