CT GREEN BAY HOT-SPRING HOTEL recensioner

The hotel was close to the beach and had a hot spring for guests included. All the amenities were sparkling clean and the breakfast had a large selection of local dishes. Not the biggest variety for foreigners but you will get satisfied with what is there. Sadly we had bad weather and it was quite cold. The aircon doesn’t heat so it was pretty cold in the room itself. Busstation was a bit of a walk but manageable. You can also take transfer or cab if you travel with extensive luggage.

Very good hospitality. Clean and tidy. Food is good. View to the beach. Good for family activities. Good onsen

Hotel room was kinda old but sufficient. Good hot spring that is outdoor. Staffs were courteous.

What a beautiful and peaceful resort with great hot springs, view and friendly staff

Good - Hotel has complimentary access to hot spring facility. Great breakfast with huge variety of foods. It will be good if hotel can provide more complimentary umbrellas for guest at entrance as it is raining season in December. Nice sea view from the room. Restaurant offer steamboat dinner option, but pricing is on the high side. Overall, good hotel for families especially those with kids as this hotel provide free access to various activities at game room.

Nice hotel with sea view rooms. Room large but Standard furnature. Windows dirty. Service and breakfast good!

Clerk asked if room clean service is okay at 9am. I said ok. Turned out no cleaning done during that time as we head back to the room.

雖然一開始已經有心理準備是一間年代比較久的飯店，但是房門一開是濃濃的霉味，既然是在海邊該有的除濕機應該是必備的，現在一般的商旅有些房內都有準備除濕機了，照片拍起來很好看的奶油沙發，上面都是使用過的污漬，讓人根本就不敢坐上去，房間的床很特別的是有輪子的，或許是方便整理，但讓人沒安全感，早餐也沒有評價的好吃，服務人員幾乎沒啥表情，感受不到工作的熱忱，還遇到不衛生的客人直接徒手拿飯店早餐的西瓜（這是題外話）整體的感受就是一次性的住宿不會再回訪

先不說酒店設施老舊，就員工欠缺熱情，冷漠。指示不明確來說。 2號樓在翻新停運，3號樓仍在營運中。辦理入住手續大堂設在2號樓，我們一班人取房間鎖匙後直奔2號樓電梯上樓層。 其間取回行李箱吵吵鬧鬧，擾擾攘攘的，且分2批次人乘坐，服務台就在旁邊，真不敢相信沒有員工發覺我們這一大班人，竟然沒有一個員工出來提點告訴我們不是這座樓層。你們員工明明幫我們把行李拉到2號樓大堂內嗎？！一班老人拖著行李，各自不同樓層，出電梯後發覺不對路，摸黑退回大堂！一直沒有任何員工發覺及出現，你們酒店的員工往那裡去了，剛才不是有3人在櫃檯上，一人在大堂嗎？！絕對不可能沒有員工發現我們一大班人上錯樓層！給我感覺是你們躲在暗中取笑我們，越想越氣！ 房間內設施都是一般舊式，浴缸上花灑淋浴備浴簾，其他泛善可陳。 溫泉泡池設在地下另外門進入，接待處員工同樣是冷漠，嚴格來說是沒禮貌！ 整個酒店住宿體驗的可取之處是溫泉內設施衛生乾淨，環境不錯，且泉水溫度舒適，可惜晚上9時便停止，另酒店提供的早餐品種夠多，豐富美味。 其實酒店的地理位置非常好的，距離吼漁港及野柳地質公園不遠，而且週邊海鮮飯店林立。

每逢節日休假，一定要帶寶貝們外出住宿，住了這麼多飯店，群策是我們少數會在回訪的喔，一進入飯店接觸到的櫃台、房務、遊戲室跟溫泉的人員，每位都是帶著笑容，穿著西裝的主管，親切的一一提醒現在進行中的活動，仔細觀察現場情況，用早餐時，也能看到現場指揮的人員，反應迅速，仔細清潔整理取餐區，整體下來充分體驗到什麼是賓至如歸!飯店也貼心準備不同活動，去年有撞球活動，今年有汽球跟爆米花，我們開始期待下次的回訪了。
