Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao

Large in room size. Near the mrt station and Convenient to everywhere

Nice view in the window.the room is clean.buffet breakfast is good also

The room was great but the food was terriable. We ate at the Chinese restaurant and it was not the same quality as other Cesar Park Hotels.

this is my third time around but still they maintain the satisfaction very comfortable and very satisfied I highly recommended this place

Out of my expectations. Very comfortable. We were surprised！

The service was good and the staff spoke English, which was great! Upon arrival, there was a huge tour checking in so it took quite awhile before we could get to our room. Our room was fairly clean and quite simple for a five star hotel - nothing too fancy. The air con would act up and not turn on at random times so that was a bit annoying. The bathroom looked very nice, however we found strands of hair around the bathtub area....which made us question the cleanliness of the room. Hand soap was not available and you would need to pay for a kit - a first we've seen in a five star hotel. The hotel offers laundry service but it's very pricey! And no iron available to use...also had a fee. There's a rooftop pool available but we didn't use it. Location of the hotel was pretty good as it was close to different forms of public transportation. It was an okay stay but not sure it would be a place we'd return to should we travel in Taiwan again...
