Amazing location. 10-15 min walk to everywhere. Great staff. Stunning rooftop lounge bar. WORST POSSIBLE ELEVATORS in NYC. Riding the elevator to get to the hotel lobby is an event all by itself such that you need to SET ASIDE TIME the elevator adventure ride. Saw hotel guests gave up and took the stair from 20+ floor. Breakfast felt like a chow hall.

I stayed at the hotel from 25 march to 8 April. The front desk staff were really nice. Especially Nahomy. The room was spacious and clean. There were enough amenities in the bathroom and the housekeeping was also nice. They provided us with what we asked for anytime. But I wish they provided more varieties in the breakfast. There wasn't a single chicken item. The hotel location was the best thing about it! 1 min away from time square. And probably 5 mins from Rockefeller center. Close distance to braynt park. It was one of the best hotels I stayed in! Definitely going back there!

Convenient location. Room is clean and view from room was fantastic! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful! Slight variation to the daily breakfast with sufficient choices. Would be perfect if hotel can have washer/dryer too!

Great location central to NYC and subway links. Room wasn't very spacious but ok overall. Sofa bed wasn't the comfiest and the air conditioning was loud and could not find a way to turn it off so in middle of night did feel a little cold. Sink and fridge was handy.

The room size is small and not sufficient for families, it is just enough for a couple with no more than 2 bags. The breakfast is very monotonous and repeats in few days. The biggest nightmare is the elevators as they take forever in the morning and are full most of the time. Great location as a hop from times square and the 47 Rockafellar and 49th st subway stations.

Very good stay, times sq was just within 2 mins walk from hotel. Everything is nearby, also very safe and peaceful area. Good breakfast options too.
