Hyatt Centric Times Square New York recensioner

My recent experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service from the hotel’s staff. I was warmly greeted by Mark at reception, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfectly suited to our needs, and provided us with our special needs of amenities in the room. I was equally impressed with the attentiveness of Eva from housekeeping, who assured we had everything needed in the room. Byron at the concierge was quick to offer assistance from arranging transportation to offering help when I accidentally hurt myself at the hotel front door. The staff at Hyatt Centric Times Square truly made this visit memorable. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the location is perfect if you are exploring Manhattan. Nevertheless, the air-con in the room is quite noisy, and the insulation of rooms could be better. Regardless, I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

It would be nice to have the little stir open all the time. No one wants to run out in the middle of the night for something. For the price we paid a free breakfast would be nice. They need a shuttle for the airpor. What a nightmare that was. The hotel is convenient for the time square part, but an Uber from the jfk to the hotel for 145 dollars is not convenient at all. And have options in the room for places to eat and places to go. We asked the front desk, and they only recommended the place next door, which in pretty sure they own. I didn't like hearing the air conditioner from some place running all night. We asked for a view of the city, and we got a side of a building. So andl and all I would give it a 8. I don't think I would stay there again

Good location, certainly it's a little bit noisy because it's just in the corner of Time Square. The size of the room is quite ok and the layout is not too bad. Met many guest come to this hotel for the rooftop bar, but I didn't have time to go!

The service was excellent and room was spacious!

Best locations nearby time square, if you plan to have a Broadway show at night, you can back to hotel in 5 minutes！

Not too bad. But not going to stay again. Room is old and smells bad.

房間面積較小（目測沒有描述中32平米），衞生情況及其他綜合條件還可以。但是最讓人不愉快的事情在退房當天上午發生了。10:20退房離開以後，途中發現有兩袋衣裙遺忘在房間電視機下的櫃子第二層抽屜裏，在11點立即打電話給酒店，酒店讓我們登陸遺失物品平台登記，下午3點郵件回覆物品未能找到。從我11點申報遺落物品到下午3點之間，按照該店4:00以後才能入住，期間只有酒店工作人員才能進入我房間，但結果卻是物品沒找到，這實在是無法理解和接受。看來，以後與這家酒店無緣了。

Emplacement exceptionnel, meilleur compromis pour être a proximité immédiate de Times Square, au bout de la rue... Et pour avoir un hôtel sans les nuisances sonores de Times Square ! Chambres propres et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, personnel a l'écoute et avec le sens du service , mention très bien a Youssef, très accueillant, de bons conseils et chaleureux, il mériterait d'ailleurs a mon sens un poste plus important !

위치는 타임스퀘어 바로 옆이고, 룸도 깨끗하고 좋아요. 욕실도 넓고 깨끗해요. 침대도 편안하고 에어컨도 쉬원해요. 다만 냉장고는 작고 약해서 그건 아쉬워여

位置一級棒，出門右走幾分鐘就是時代廣場，喜歡看音樂劇的話，45th街很多，尤其是哈利波特就在對面。

酒店就在時代廣場和百老匯旁邊，出行方便；房間乾淨舒適；服務人員禮貌周到，值得推薦！
