Really liked this hotel. Good location, room was great, staff were welcoming, and we got a free drink on arrival. Will definately come again!

The hotel is in a very good location. Alexandra was so nice that she gave us a complimentary breakfast and accommodated us even before our check in time. It was a good experience. Although breakfast has a lack of food variety, it was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are decent sized with amenities. The restaurant onsite offers convenient options for food and drinks. Easy access to Grand Central and subway lines. Will stay again!

My family liked this hotel very much. We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt there was room for improvement in every area. The room and hotel was very clean but there were some stains on the bedding and towels. The hotel was on 42nd street but just a little too far from the main action. The hotel provided good services but we had to call multiple times for towels. Overall we’d still recommend the hotel very highly.

Room is quiet and big. There is free WiFi and breakfast. May stay here again and like the spacious gym.

Our best hotel in NYC - very satisfied with the people who work here and also the service.. I would like to stay here again and in other countries I always liked Westin but the recognition of the brand image has been better!! I give 6 stars out of 5!

Love the location,love the hotel. Everything is near by. Lots of room. Shower is nice too. Bed is comfy and pillows are perfect. Would recommend
