Det verkar som att det precis har renoverats, och det finns inga köksfaciliteter. Förutom lukten av dekoration är allt annat bra. Det är rent, rummet är rymligt och läget är mycket bekvämt.

There is a construction around and in the hotel this period of February 2022. Not clean , old version. But location is very convenient for Port Authority trips ..

Hi this so nice hotel room and my wife is so excited 😆 be there.. near by you can get transportation And restaurants 🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🚊🚊 time square is close also and so good 😊 I’m came again next time .the staff is so good and friendly thanks 🙏
I am rarely willing to spend my time writing anything for a hotel, but this hotel is making me doing it for the first time in my life. I cannot speak of its room, or location, or any living experience because I haven't got a chance to live in there. For whoever reading this, I would say you should try to avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your vacation! There are plenty of places you can choose from, but not this one. I booked this hotel around a few weeks ago, and I am supposed to check in today 6/25. Yesterday 6/24 around 11:34am, I got an email saying my card on file is expired, and asked me to call back by 6/25 3pm otherwise my reservation might be cancelled. I called back last evening around 7pm to update the card, and just found out that my reservation has been already cancelled. Up to now, I was upset with what the hotel did, but it is still understandable. I booked the hotel through my Marriott app, which I have a card linked to by the way. I was not aware that the card was expired. Things started to get unbelievable from now. I called the hotel to find out why they cancelled my reservation way before the timeline they gave me. One lady picked up my phone and asked a bunch of questions and put me on hold, after 45 minutes of waiting, she came back saying "we cannot update the reservation with the new card" and asked me rebook it. She knew that they sold out rooms at this point, and she chose to lie and tried to get me away by "cannot update the reservation" and "ask me to rebook". After I rejected her excuse of "cannot update the reservation", she said "oh, I need to talk to my manager and get back" and ask me to hold. and you know what? they continued to put me on hold for 2 hours without anyone popping back LoL. Did they forget their customer waiting online? How hard it is for you Delta at NY Timesquare to tell your customer truth and face the situation like an adult? If you need to cancel a reservation due to the expired card, it is understandable, you can even do it right away. But don't give your customer a false timeline! As they might be traveling and they need time to work out their schedule and give you a call by following the timeline you give. Also, never ever lie to your customer! not even ask them to hold for 2 hours while you know you cannot do anything. Show some understanding to your customer and do better next time, even if I never book you again!

Very enjoyable and affordable weekend trip. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Shout out to the housekeeping staff!! Time Square location was very convenient for attractions. Easy walking distance to the awesome restaurant row on 9th avenue above 42nd Street.

I stayed one night at the Delta Hotel for a quick visit to New York. I had a relatively pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious by New York standards and the staff was accommodating. Rooms are modern in design though tend toward generic. Beds are comfortable. The hotel has a decent restaurant on site where I had a good breakfast. Depending on your perspective, the location is either the best or the worst. It's on a busy block situated with many other hotels. Not really picturesque but especially convenient to the bus station. I'd return to the Delta in New York again for a future New York visit.

I'm not really sure how I feel about this hotel.. As a Canadian, I like this brand but I'm not sure this hotel is a good representation of it. I don't know what Marriott name I would give it but it probably wouldn't be a Delta.. Service was fine - the staff were friendly and polite. We checked in early and were offered to have our blocked room later or another one right away. I appreciated that. Any further interaction with staff was minimal. I'll give credit to the room size - it was large for New York (or maybe we just got lucky with a corner room). Two doubles and plenty of space - though the bathroom with the non-enclosed shower gave me serious dorm room vibes. Actually, I'm not sure when this hotel was built but I thought it was new-ish and it looks dated and tired in the hallways. Location wise, south Port Authority isn't glamorous but it's a great location for midtown. I don't get the creeps here like others but it is certainly something to be aware of. Lastly, the elite offerings.. Oof. There was a pantry in the basement with grab and go snacks and coffee except there was one major problem - it was never really stocked or monitored. We went in later in the evening to find it had been stocked but was fairly bare bones and what was in there was literally being stuffed into bags by other elite members - almost like grocery shopping. I would have loved some chips or a granola bar..I apparently just wasn't fast enough. This was by far the cheapest hotel for the area for the night and I guess I see why. I didn't hate it but I certainly didn't love it and I didn't feel compensated as an elite member.

STOLEN PROPERTY DO NOT BOOK HERE! I stayed at this hotel property December 11 and 12. When I returned home, I noticed my Chanel sunglasses were missing, as well as my Tiffany prescription eyeglasses. I contacted management who has refused to return my calls!!!
