Holiday Inn Express New York City Times Square recensioner

Great stay in NYC. We got bottled water every day, even some snacks at check in. Very friendly staff. The only thing that was missing was gym. The rest was great!

We should be able to accumulate IGH points while booking.

Won't ever stay here with the family again, for the following reasons: 1. Room is very small 2. More than 32 floors but with only 2 lifts 3. Location is walkable to Times Square and 42nd St Metro, but there's always people smoking **** outside 4. No mini fridge to store your own food 5. No self laundry facility The staff are nice though.

Good hotel. Breakfast was okay. Cereal fruits toast. Room was old but clean

房間床墊塌陷一個，想換房間結果發現另外一個房間的床墊也有問題，再換不給換，説給修。保修之後讓在房間等，結果等了一下午也沒有人來修，那於是！就這樣在一個塌陷的床墊上睡了四晚。唯一就是衞生打掃及時。房間沒拍照，其它乏善可陳。

地理位置好出門步行5分鐘就是時代廣場

設施太陳舊，房間很小，電梯小，上下樓等很久，早餐太擠，往往衹有拿上房間吃，可能因為元旦期間的緣故，也可以理解。

除了位置好，其他都太差了！環境不好，沒有服務！早餐擁擠，電梯老舊，空調呼呼響，壓根沒法休息

3月12日入住，3月14日離店，今天3月20日訂金$150到目前還沒退還

除了貴，其它沒毛病。早餐挺豐富的，房間小但五臟具全。地理位置優越， 自走路去時代廣場和中央公園都很近。

位置很好，就在市中心，服務也好，唯一的問題就是房價太貴，但在市中心沒辦法，沒有便宜的。

能住低層一定要住低層！！電梯特別特別特別難等！一趟要等20-30分鐘左右。

設施較舊，房間小，早餐選擇少，但工作人員服務態度挺好。
