Quick Broadway overnight -perfect spot! This cozy nook of a hotel is nestled in bustling TimesSquare area. Perfect location for us to stay for a quick broadway overnight stay. Room was spacious for NYC standards; bathroom was spotlessly cleaned and the bed was comfortable 10/10 stay. We didn’t interact much with the staff simply due to our schedule and reservations elsewhere. We appreciated how quiet it was and got a good nights rest. We will be back!

My wife didn't want a big hotel that took forever to get to the rooms. This was ideal and the beds were so comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but no problem as who spends lots of time in hotels when there is so much to see. Staff were great too.

Will return Great spot near Times Square without the craziness. Owners are very hospitable and have great recommendations. Check out the Irish pub next door on 4th fooor which is owned by hotel.

Disappointed. The beds were “Murphy” type (kind that fold up into the wall) & were loud. Not very comfortable - like a nicer sofa bed. We were on the 2nd floor & the room was in the front, above the entrance. Noise level was horrible. Was like we had the windows open. One morning at 6am, they delivered kegs to the pub next door. At 2am the next night, a trash truck came to empty dumpsters. I expect noise (We travel to NYC frequently), but this was ridiculous. Staff was mostly friendly but could seem like they were annoyed you were asking questions/speaking to them. Shower temp wouldn’t cooperate. Also, ask for the price up front if they offer to call you a cab. I mentioned taking an Uber. Front desk said she would call me a car & asked if I was going to the airport. Told her I was going to Penn Station. A mini van arrived. When we got to the station, he said the total was FIFTY-FIVE dollars (for a 0.9 mile/12 minute ride). When questioned, the driver said it was a “private service.” Yes, I didn’t ask the cost, but assumed it would be around the $25 we paid to take a cab from the train station to the hotel or the $16 Uber quoted. Called the hotel when I got home to ask the number of the taxi company & the front desk told me it was expensive because it was a “car service” not taxi & they didn’t have a number. Overall, the stay was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Hotel tries to justify the price ($450+/night) by calling itself a boutique hotel. It’s not worth the cost.

We loved our stay at Merrion Row Hotel. The staff could not be more helpful and kind. We enjoyed our meal in the quaint restaurant. We appreciated the $25 per day food credit—they made us lovely cappuccinos to start our mornings. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had in hotels. They don’t look like they would be, but they absolutely were. Merrion Row is a lovely slice of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of this district. We will definitely stay here again.
