Yotel New York Times Square recensioner

Good stay - not directly in Times Square which is good. Can leave luggage at hotel for free but the robot that does it is often down. Comfy bed.

The location is located in a very convinient area. However some of the facility is old and outdated

From start to finish the staff was nothing short of exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping the service was top notch. Highly recommended!

I regret booking this hotel, i spent New Year there but i regret booking the hotel, the room is small, no toothbrush, no slippers and i woke up to shower around 11 am no hot water, this is surprising in New York City and i spent almost $700 / night, what makes me angry the most was i booked the hotel on Trip.com i paid but when i arrived the ask me about $43 for tax i told them no problem i will pay but they are telling me they don’t collect cash and i don’t have card with me, the security advised me to buy a gift card and pay with which i confirm with them and they told me no problem, i went to CVS pharmacy opposite the hotel and bought a $50 card i came back to pay they told me to wait for and hour before i can use it and they cannot checked me in i was so angry and tired, after an hour i went to them but they told me they cannot use American Express they can only use VISA gift back i have to go and buy another card, so my stay was not good at all have a nice day.

Clients bang room doors when they are going in/out . And that makes me wake up frequently.

I'll never go back even if you paied me alot of money this hotel is the worst run by a bunch of scammers

Its very commercialized hotel. Though its decent enough its kinda pricy for the size of the room. Still there’s room for improvement.

Check-in on your own using one of the check-in machines when you enter the hotel. 10 mins walk to Port Authority Bus Terminal and 15 mins to Times Square. Cosy and comfortable room, was kept clean by housekeeping daily. Loved the bed as you can adjust it up and down.

The room is good but the space is kinda small. Location is perfect. The only complain is they didn't gave us back the deposit of $65 which was they told us it will be automatically get refunded after we checked out. But I realized after a month we checked the bill and it didn't showed any refund from them.

房間和照片相差甚遠。非常小。自助辦理入住想找個工作人員都一點困難。窗外風景值了房費 地理位置非常好。走路去紐約總領館四分鐘非常方便適合去辦事的對住宿環境沒有要求的朋友 樓下附近的川菜館很好吃。

還可以，水池裂了有點舊，設計挺有意思的，各種未來風裝飾+電動床，但是不知道為什麼執行下來變成青旅掉感覺了…價格倒是附近比較低的，樓下停車也方便，用app一天差不多$50。位置不錯，走路去百老匯

房間差，最關鍵是付款了6千+人民幣，之前預訂的中央公園帕特萊恩酒店，攜程工作人員説，帕特萊恩酒店滿房，換到YOTEL酒店，而且換的房間房費是人民幣1萬+，超出的費用攜程補貼。但我到該酒店之後，房間太差了就是經濟性酒店，根本不值6千+。而且查一下第二天該酒店的房費是2千多人民幣。之前本來是有點懷疑攜程工作人員房費上做手腳，但想到這麼大的企業不可能這麼下作。但確實寧人不可思議。這種事居然是攜程做的。
