Holiday Inn New York City - Times Square foton

Actually the stay was terrible and I don’t recommend at all,  Despite booking a river view room, the view I received was disappointing and very bad it is attached in picture I don’t understand why I pay more for this view and if this their river view how is the city view, Additionally, the coffee machine was broken and USB ports in the room were not functional. When I contacted the reception, I was advised to purchase an adapter for the US sockets and for the coffee machine it is working and you are’t able to use it so please send some one to try it in-front of me but no answer , Furthermore, the breakfast options were limited, lacking any type of cheeses, salads, vegetables, and pastries. It is just some pancakes, jam, toast, butter, sausage and potato and some corn flakes without warm milk even No croissants, no bread, no olive, no tomato, no any type of cheese, no any type of bakeries other than normal toast and I even send all the issues to the hotel manager via email and no answer or appology for all this , I believe these issues impacted my overall experience negatively, and I would never repeat it or advise some one to try your hotel

Location of the hotel was good. We did not like elevator to going up and going down.

AC is whole night noisy, very uncomfortable, move out next day morning to change my hotel. Good location near to time square and a lot of other attractions.

Best location 5 mins to time square and 15 mins to Bryant park by walking and nearby train and bus station But the room quite small

Too expensive price. But convenient location. Too small room for couple.

Excellent location quite near to Time Square. The room was not big but spacious enough to put a small luggage and still be able to walk around. The bed is large and very comfortable, had the best sleep during this sleep which helped me recover from the jet. Two negatives: 1. The sink drain is not installed properly, which doesn’t allow the water to drain away fast enough causing buildup. Quite disgusting when you are shaving, washing etc. when the dirty water doesn’t go down fast enough. 2. This one is not necessarily something Holiday Inn can control, but there is consistently some homeless ppl, ppl that look like they are on ***** outside the hotel. Also the sidewalk isn’t particularly clean. Now I wasn’t particularly bothered by #2, but could totally see ppl coming to NYC for the first time being turned off, or feel unsafe and choose not to stay here. Something for the hotel to think about.

首先是酒店邊上有多條地鐵線，出行，購物及吃飯都很方便。房間不是很大，足夠兩人入住。房間空調很足，逛街回到房間很舒服。 前台工作人員很熱情，特別是Karoline 小姐，我每次進出她都會主動和我打招呼。我下回到紐約還會住這裏。

酒店地理位置非常方便，周邊地鐵、公交、時代廣場、梅西百貨都很近。房間挺乾淨，高區也沒啥噪音，性價比還是可以的！

地點方便，房間衛生，酒店職員友善，有house keeping，可是等候升降機的時間太長，水喉水有時候停了，也有點污染，但開長時間一點便清澈。
