The room is clean and keep the standard, very good location and good service .

heart of the city, good services

We checked out at 9:30am and only one staff was at the front desk to check someone in. We waited for 10 mins before anyone could help us even after I told a bellman that we were in a hurry and would need to check out asap. He went to find a front desk staff and came back said they were in a meeting. We finally just dropped our key and rushed to the airport without being able to talk to anyone and to know what to expect with the bill. We were kind of expecting a bit better service than this.

This is a beautiful hotel with good view of the city. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

酒店位置特別好，逛商場逛街都很方便，離中國城、華爾街都很近。四季這種老牌酒店，服務和環境自然是沒話説的

在市中心，位置非常好。紐約如同地球村，包容性非常強，不同文化不同膚色都聚集在一起。繼續加油，服務很好。….

超級贊，看見我們帶了小孩給我們換了一個兩張床的房間。很乾凈，房間大小合適，前台和服務生態度都非常好。很完美，沒有什麼挑剔的地方。之前因為付款的方式鬧了一點不愉快，但是攜程解決的也特別好。 游泳池也很舒服～

服務非常差，入住時要先説找不到預訂，讓等了半個多小時，告訴説不知道什麼時候才能搞清楚，找不到我的預訂，而且不知道什麼時候能找到，只是看電腦，我説請值班經理來解決，我不能不知道時間的一直等，結果值班經理來了就找到了，我預訂時要求高樓層，安靜房間，給了我一個最低樓層，預付款直接刷的是付款，也不給賬單，説停車費衹能發郵箱，現在已經離店馬上就第5天了，沒發賬單沒退錢

四季酒店的軟件硬件設施地理位置服務態度等等都是沒得説的，孩子朋友來房間玩，保潔阿姨看我們人多，直接送來了一打礦泉水，這服務給四季打call啦！美中不足就是早餐太一般了，量小又很貴...味道更是一般般...不着急吃早飯的小夥伴可以選擇酒店附近的咖啡廳啦

不愧是四季酒店，服務非常好，衞生條件好，房間也大，位置很方便，早上九點到酒店提前給辦了入住，從門衞到前台和餐廳真心覺得服務超好。

給當堂就在新世貿中心邊上，各種硬件設施都很好
