The staff are really friendly and make up for this busted hotel. It’s a rustic style but the interiors are scuffed, dirty, poorly cleaned/maintained and the rooms are the size of a children’s shoebox. Super dark interiors too with little to no natural light - couldn’t wait to check out. Location is excellent though and the bed was ok too.

Lovely location right by time square, fantastic service, the complimentary wine and cheese is a plus

Cant wait to come back. In love with this hotel, the location, the services. Everything! 100% recommended.

打電話給前台要求清掃房間，早晚都説了一次，結果壓根就沒人來。。。早上我還特地按了請打掃房間的按鈕。。。住了四天就打掃一次衞生，我是因為20歲來在這邊原來訂的酒店不讓我住，給了我一個18歲滿可以入住的酒店，就來這裏了。房間也很小，但沒有日本那種雖小但精緻的風格，是純小且舊，隔音問題嚴重，你甚至能聽到人家開關房門的聲音，就很逆天。唯一優勢是步行三分鐘就是時代廣場。如果你滿21歲還是多加兩百一晚住一下別的酒店吧，我看我原來去的那家門面還蠻寬敞的，提早一點定就好，價格比較合理，更便宜。

Ein sehr solides Hotel, vor allem für das erste Mal in New York war die Lage super, da man fußläufig am Central Park ist und durch Ubahn überall sehr leicht hinkommt! Das Hotel ist klein, aber das Zimmer ist quadratmeter mäßig größer als andere im selben Preissegment. Mir hat nur Platz gefehlt wo ich meinen Koffer stauen könnte oder alle Klamotten verstauen kann.

Hôtel au top, superbe emplacement et lit vraiment confortable. J’avais demandé une petite attention pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et ils nous ont offert une part de gâteau (vraiment délicieux) dans la chambre à notre arrivée avec un petit mot d’anniversaire.

房間小到26寸箱子沒法打開，這個無所謂了畢竟在宇宙中心😂 重點是床頭沒有插座！要充電得放在書桌上充！ 半夜不知道哪裡飄進來的奇怪的味道，甜的油漆味的感覺，又刺鼻又噁心搞得我捂着鼻子睡 絕了避大雷

房間特別小，感覺還不如國內的連鎖快捷酒店，我們分配到的房間是個按窗，反正就住一晚，也就湊合了，總體來説不太推薦

酒店不大，房間很小，空調噪音很大，想換房間告知需要加錢，唯一就是與時代廣場近，就餐方便。

在時代廣場邊上步行幾分鐘距離，確實很市中心地段。臨時訂的，看房價一直往上漲。房間比較小，但還乾淨。黑色基調裝修。
