Comfort Inn JFK Airport recensioner

This hotel is good for people on transit or going to catch a flight the next day. It comes with breakfast, not fancy but is good enough. Has free airport shuttle. About 10-15 mins to airport. Room is clean but small. Bed is firm and comfortable. Not too soft. Shower pressure is also good. Is a small hotel building but it has everything I need. You will never missed your flight staying here.

A nice hotel conveniently located close to JFK but a ways away from food and other services. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Room had all the essentials and breakfast was delicious!

First time I have been in this hotel I wrote a negative comment , because a lady at check in was very unprofessional ....... My second times few days ago , I have to say : I have been very welcome from Mr. Meaghan at front desk . 5 Star service ! He greeted me very professional , polite , he use all words to make the guest welcome , Good afternoon Sir , how are you , how can I help you , do you have reservation , he also book for me a taxi for early morning , he offer me also a snack menu in the case if I wanted something to eat ..... The hotel is in area near the speed way , close to the airport , nothing around , no bars , no restaurant , no shop ...... good to stay one night for early flight , now they have also something to eat . Thank you Mr. Meaghan (I hope the name is correct )you make the guest happy to stay .

Great location for lay overs! The staff was friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service is on point. The rooms are basic and have all the amenities needed. The light on the bed back board was a bit confusing to figure out how to turn off. The breakfast was well cooked as well. Definitely recommend.

Great and convenient location to JFK but not much else around it. Perfect if you just want to go to the airport. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to JFK , the shuttle bus doesn't come if you don't call 2-3 times , nothing around the hotel area , no bar or restaurant shops , poor area ....... , poor breakfast , there are another 2 hotels close by with small bar and restaurant at list something to eat , At checking Some staff doesn't greeting , no thank you , no sorry ..... just take the ID and the credit card , and give the card key with out say anything , unprofessional . Don't pay in advance because they charge you again and after is not easy to let them to understand you have prepaid the room , they insist about there is no payment made before , they don't know how to check and don't know how to say sorry or apologize I didn't realize .....

The room is clean and conveniently located near JFK Airport. The breakfast options are decent, but the soundproofing could be better. It’s easy to hear people talking in the hallways and outside the hotel.

Hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t stable. Hotel breakfast didn’t have much options. Hardly any options for the breakfast. Every time we had to wait for such a long time for the lifts. The rooms and bathrooms are too small.

The hotel is very clean and very well located close to JFK. Comfortable room. The personnel is was nice.

Nice hotel for airport sleeping. You can take a transfer that can be contracted via a phone (pics)on the car rental area (and other areas). You don't speak English? Oh, quite a problem. But they are kind and if you try in English it should be ok. Nice buffet breakfast. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel for going to Jamaica area or other areas.

We only stayed one night. Chose it because it was close to the airport for an early flight. Room was a bit compact but had a good shower, tv & a coffee maker. Great that it had a free shuttle to the airport. We had to leave at 6 so missed breakfast, we were told we could have a takeaway breakfast but when we came down there were non left, we asked if they could get us one but was told no because breakfast was about to start. Not much around the hotel but convenient for the airport.

Their shuttle service runs until 11PM. Luckily, we were able to catch the last shuttle. When we got there, one of the front desk persons got into an argument with a customer and stopped assisting other guests 🥹 we had to wait longer to check-in because of that. The other receptionist was calm despite what happened and he was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small. So if there are 4 of you in a room, your luggages will barely fit. The beds were comfortable but the rooms aren’t soundproof so you can really hear the street and the neighbors. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. Breakfast was a pantry with cereals, bagels, eggs, potatoes, a meat dish, and fruits. No frills but it was more than enough for us. The best thing about the hotel is the location so if you have an early flight the next day, it will take you 10 minutes or less to get to your terminal if you’re in terminal 1 and another 10 minutes for every next terminal so plan accordingly.

Stayed overnight as a stopover to catch early flight the next day. Hotel offers free shuttle. Overall a good stay except that the toilet exhaust fan was really loud and flushing system from next or upper/lower can be heard throughout the night.

Just a stones throw to the airport and they also have a free drop-off shuttle too.
