Sheraton Brooklyn has a spacious room. Very Friendly staff. I lost my phone in their lobby and their people are so quickly to respond. Very clean and affordable and so easy to get to brooklyn bridge and dumbo. We had fun biking our way there.

I booked a balcony room and was moved to a suite as they had oversold the balcony rooms. Suite was clean and accomodating. I would say the bathroom may need attention as there was mold near the shower and the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Other than that, loved the size and welcoming feel of the suite.

Rooftop belongs to a restaurant that you must access through the Aloft hotel.. Shower heads are old and horrible. The HVAC unit is extremely loud. The towel rod literally came out the wall. The vending/ice machine area is very motel-ish. The cleanliness of the bathroom was bare minimal

Be careful, especially if you are having a business trip, they issued a wrong invoice with wrong information and weren't able to correct. The generated invoice seems to have a refundable security deposit, because in the summary they put the cost of the first night as zero and the total payment made is without the first night, but they never do any kind of reimbursement. From my point of view, this could be considered tax evasion. They told you to just ignore the summary pages.

great hotel close to my conference venue. Service was great and so were the staff. We loved the location and the breakfast

The heater was malfunctioning. The room temperature was keeping on 72 degrees. The shower head was so old, only one pattern of water flowing was working. No extra blanket in the closet. The room was across the elevator. I could hear many people were talking and laughing when they were stepping out of the elevator. Worsted experienced. Good thing is hotel located next to the subway entrance.

The location is not bad. U can easily get into the Subway. The room is a bit small but it is worth the price. Also, the view is also excellent. Overall I would recommend it

We arrived early and paid extra for access to the executive lounge. ($50) This was a complete waste of money as there was no food or drink, and the hot drinks machine was not working properly. The room itself was decent but the shower wasn't working properly either. Not a great hotel for the price and certainly not worth recommending to others!

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. El servicio fue impecable, especialmente en la recepción: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación, aunque un poco pequeña, era muy cómoda y limpia, ideal para descansar luego de un día explorando la ciudad. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero está cerca de una estación de tren que conecta fácilmente con Manhattan y otras áreas de interés. Si sabes manejar la aplicación de MTA, moverte por la ciudad será mucho más fácil. Además, hay varios restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia del hotel, lo que añade comodidad a la estadía. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

地理位置優越，周邊多條地鐵線，出行方便，酒店中規中矩，與國內四星酒店沒法比，衹提供一瓶免費水，除沐浴露、洗髮露、護髮素其它不提供。機場有軌道交通到達，需換車。

第二次訂這個酒店了，房間乾淨衞生，就是有點小。交通方便，周邊有幾條地鐵，餐廳較多，酒店一層有一家中餐館，點餐方便，另外酒店旁邊有Macy's百貨，Trader Joe's及Target。

酒店在布魯克林對於我們此次出行目的地位置挺好，房間很乾凈，出行方便，周邊有商店，也有吃飯的挺好，酒店前面有個小花園，裏面還有狗狗樂園，挺不錯

這家酒店的質量不穩定，1月24日-30日住了6天，感覺非常好👍，然後去南方玩了幾天，回來再次預訂，給的房間特別差，09號房間和旁邊房間90度緊挨在一起，且對着電梯，房間不知什麼原因一直有轟鳴的聲音，可能是電梯工作的聲音，睡眠不好的人千萬不要拿09號房間
