Wonderful place conveniently located. Great staff! Will be back

Unfortunately, the air conditioners weren't working, but I guess that can happen anywhere. Otherwise, the workers were very nice and the place was clean.

I repaid for a single king bedroom for my husband and I and received a room wirh 2 separated double beds and the hotel excused that they could not change it, even while checking in others. The place is grossly overrated for the almost $400 nightly with tiny standard rooms that are sooo small that you can hardly change your mind. The marriot brand that is attached to this hotel is misleading. My stay was a grand disappointment. Do not book here!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN HERE. IT IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY...

Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that "it was just our system" - no explanation why the "system" was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

Wheelchair accessible room and roll in shower were perfect! Free breakfast was wonderful too.

The breakfast was excellent. This is the best value hotel near Central Park.

The location is close to the manhattan terminal. Staff are friendly. The room is a bit small. But it’s clean.

Excellent Hotel!

We wanted a hotel for a night close to the cruise terminal. The hotel was perfect for that and within a walking distance from the cruise terminal. Elevators are SLOW and it takes forever to catch one - Some people preferred to walk down than to try and wait.

This was a perfect hotel for our needs! We enjoyed being on the first floor. Quiet, kind staff, and the out door seating was nice!!

위치는 대로변 안쪽 작은 도로쪽이라서 덜 시끄러워서 좋았고 트윈 룸에 묵었는데 침대사이즈 크고 침대가 참 편안했습니다. 리셉션 남자직원Damien이 매우 친절했습니다. 욕실 샤워기가 벽 부착형이라서 좀 불편했습니다.

14號晚入住，前台男給了約1.3左右小床房，説明天可以換房，我沒計較就入住了； 15號11點多去換房，前台女讓十五分鐘內整好行李到前台（當時衹有一部電梯運行），我照做，女説下午3點辦手續，我OK就出去吃飯；（事後才意識到自己大意了，我是換房不是重新辦入住和退房啊！） 下午2點26回酒店要房，前台男説三點才行，我就在大堂坐等； 三點掐點去要房，前台男説沒房，要整理，我説我在等，有了就叫我，遂在大堂一旁等； 想想不對勁，自己英語不太溜，就把家人叫來幫助溝通、表達質疑，要前台男叫大堂經理，前台説等等，經理在忙過會兒來（而實際上當時前台有四個人在，其中一個穿黑色衣服的印度人長相的就是大堂經理），我在大堂等了會兒還沒人來跟我溝通，這下我真氣着了，直接到前台一通質問接待，這時候，接待就開始操作電腦把房給我，雖然拿到房我仍然堅持要他叫經理出來，這時候那個印度人長相的經理才出來和我對話！我看了下時間是下午三點四十！ 我要求酒店給予賠償給我延住，經理狡辯説酒店從來沒有小床房，衹有大床房和兩個小床房標間，衹字不提我將近五個小時沒房怎麼賠償。並且説他衹跟攜程第三方溝通。最後我請當地的律師朋友電聯經理，這傢伙才給出最多衹能賠第一晚房費10%+延住兩小時的賠償（説後面沒房，我立刻查了網上都有房）！至於我沒房的幾小時就不提，也沒説再找上級主管協調之類的話。 作為在海外旅遊的遊客，我處於弱勢，語言不順溜，沒有更多時間維權，嚴格來説事情是在酒店發生的，與攜程無關，但是攜程幾位客服一直在幫我和酒店溝通，並且還主動給我賠償，非常感謝攜程的理解和幫助！🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 這家酒店價格高，電梯巨慢，前台服務差，從讓我退房開始的前台接待操作到經理的處理酒店過錯的專業素質，都給我最壞的體驗，他們這麼做不僅是不專業，也讓我有了在海外被歧視的感受，希望我的評價能給到大家提醒。
